Ouch! Help my poor boobs!
Ok this hurts more than i thought it would today. I was doing well till i had to sit in the car for the drive home then it really started aching and stinging.
I am really swollen, i feel like they are about to explode off my chest and i dont think this flipping macom bra is helping . I know its meant to be compression but it is binding them on to my chest and really tight on my incisions ( i now have Sanitary towels under the band to try and help a bit)
Have dispatched husband off for codeine as i only left with ibuprofen and paracetamol and some ice packs and have shoved the bra they gave me in the wash on "speedy wash" as although that isnt as supportive as the macom its a lot more stretchy and soft.
Can anyone link me to those M and S bras that are popular please? I am thinking i am going to have to purchase some of those beauties.
On the plus side they are fabulous and i cant believe how much the conical implants have lifted them up . You can see when they settle down they should be a nice shape. At the moment my nipples are pointing off east and west so am hoping they come back north( ish) again though:doh:
Just waiting for my toddler to get back from the childminder armed with a pillow as i really really do not fancy him launching himself at me

Re: Ouch! Help my poor boobs!
The M&S front zipped bras are on sale at the moment for just £11!! You can find them HERE lovely.
Don't worry about the swelling babe. That's perfectly normal and the trip home.... Ouch! That doesn't help at all does it hun
Keep up with the ice packs and it would be advisable toal and check that its OK to mix the additional painkillers your getting babe before taking them.
Be sure to have a little walk around every couple of hours or so hun to help get rid of that swelling. You may find you feel worse if you just stay laying down as the swelling will all settle and make your boobs feel rock hard lol. Nothing to be concerned about though, once you get up and about again, it does help you to feel better...
Happy healing babe and CONGRATULATIONS! Xxx

You are bound to feel sore, hang on in there, those beauties are worth it!
You are doing all the right things, try some ice pack on the top of your chest.
I have the M&S bras and they are great for recovery and I use them now just for night time.
Make sure you are taking exactly what your surgeon wants you to take with regards to painkillers.
So glad you are pleased with your new assets x
