Lowering the crease
I have been told that I will need to have my creases lowered slightly and I'm worried about what they will look like afterwards. I know that the surgeon knows what's best for me.
Has anyone had their crease lowered?
Do they take longer to heal?
Also worried about double bubble, how long till the old crease disappears?
Do your nipples sit right?
Do your scars look okay?
Sorry for so many questions! Thanks in advance Xx

Re: Lowering the crease
Hi Danielle, I've just had mine lowered... Basically I didn't have a crease at all so I needed to have it lowered as mine were tuberous.... Some women need this done to create a better result so that the finished result looks normal rather then high and up by the chin!!
It doesn't take longer to heal, it may be longer to drop but we all heal differently so you can really tell...
Double bubble can happen yes but not just in us women who have had the crease lowered, you need to trust in your surgeon here!! :) the same with how your nipple will sit...
I'm only 9 days post op and my scars look great... Well as good as they can lol... My new crease is like it has always been there, you can't tell any different although they still need to drop so my scars won't be visible!!
All in all I would say don't worry, lowering the crease is right for you and will get you a better result ultimately :) xx hope that helps. Xx

Re: Lowering the crease
I know what you mean tinkerbell! I'm worried my boobs will be low and my nipples high haha
Thanks for some reassurance Jennifer, glad your surgery went well. I do have trust in my surgeon knowing what's best for me but sometimes I can't help but worry about what I will look like afterwards lol
