Crease before..... Crease after???

Ladies,

I'm sure you all know this already but I am 3 weeks away from ba..... I'm having 365cmh partial unders and currently 34c (slightly deflated)

I'm trying to manage my expectations because I'm worried I have an idea in my head of how they look and that the results won't meet that expectations.

When I met my surgeon and decided on implants I told him I wanted to achieve a lofted look. Even though I'm not needing a lift I do have a definite crease under my breasts currently.

Mr mohan told me that by going for the 365cmh (which are 100percent filled) I would get a lift as well as fullness and an increase I'm size........ Now I'm wondering if I'm going to get as much of a lift as I want to eliminate the overhang?!

Can anyone offer any ideas of what I can expect from their own experience?

I hadn't given my nipple much thought! Lol

My nipples still point up but I guess I'm hoping to fill out the upper tissue enough to raise the whole breast to eliminate the fold I have underneath at the moment?

Does that make sense?! Sorry if I'm being stupid :(

You mean so you pass the pencil test lol

That's quite a big implant you're having and if you already have a breast crease there, you will get some lift along with your fullness but sat so pert? you generally only see that with a smaller breast dont you?

I'm sure if you trust your surgeon though and he feels you'll achieve that look then that's what you'll have hun. X

You won't lose the breast crease Hun, the weight of the implant will make that more apparent. I think you need to meet with your ps again to discuss the look which you want to achieve x

That's my thought too wishful. When you're talking DDs to F cups, having really pert boobs isn't achievable other than to a smaller breast, but then I'm no expert and if her surgeon knows the look she wants..

I showed him pics and he said that in order to get the lift a 100percent filled implant as a partial under was the way forward.

I can't hold the pencil there are the moment, it's not that bigger crease but reading your replies I'm now worried the crease will get bigger not smaller :(

I'm so nervous now.

With a 34 band and a DD to F cup they aren't small boobs babe. Regardless of the fill gravity is going to take hold and to be honest on a full breast I think no natural hang would look strange. They'd be sat away from your chest... Unless you're hoping for a global look when the skin is very tight around the implant?

I think that the other ladies are right that there will probably still be a little overhang. When I showed my surgeon a picture of a girls boobs that I liked, she had more of an overhang like you are talking about, and he said that since mine are small to start, I wouldn't have to worry about that as much right now. He did say that for her to correct that with her implants, she would need a breast lift. IMO I like some overhang, but that's just me! haha

I also think that with a higher profile implant, you wouldn't have to worry as much than if you had a low or moderate profile. But I'm not the surgeon so what do I know! haha

What are you sorry for?

What makes you think a breast size of an E/F with a natural hang will be saggy?

Do you think mine along with other ladies boobs of that size with a natural hang are saggy? ( my boobs are a 32F the equivalent breast volume, so same sized boobs as your predicted 34E)

I think I'm getting myself worked up. :(

I guess I have an ideal on my head of how I want my boobs to look and so scared I'm going to be disappointed.

Iv been thinking about this for nearly 7 years and now it's happening I'm scared :(

OK hun picture this. My sized breast volume is the exact same predicted size as your surgeon told ou to expect.

Now, can you imagine my sized boobs sat away from my chest?

From side on they'd be humongous! But the skin would have to be pretty tight around the implant to make that happen, making them appear global Now like I said in my first post if you trust your surgeon and this is the look you're after then all power to you hun and if you agreed this then you should get that look.

But 'naturally' that's only ever going to happen with a smaller breast.

Natural larger breasts just don't look like that and if your surgeon has led you to believe you'll have a natural look with no overhang from an E/F cup then I really think you need to discuss this further with him hun before your surgery date.

Undoubtedly, with a natural look you will have some hang hun. Xx

No, neither links work hun.

Don't forget also that from many before and after pics, the afters are possibly taken early post op when the breasts are sat high on the chest wall so do give the look you mentioned. But the skin like I said is also tight then too.

Maybe this is what you've seen from a large breast in an afters shot?

Cookie.... All I want is to be confident on my boobs. To be able to wear a strapless dress without a bra or a Bikini without feeling like I look like I have saggy boobs. Since I had my little boy I have struggled to feel good doing both these things and I have convinced myself a BA will change that.,., I'm so scared it won't. I'm scared ill still not be able to go braless in strapless dresses and tops and that my bikins will be tight round my neg to keep them lifted.

I'm scared :(

The lady pictured is 6ft2 Lucy, a 34D on a lady as tall as she iis going to go a much longer way than on a lady of your height babe, so do take that into consideration. Along with her being around the same weight as yourslelf at that height and also that the D cup shown is smaller than your predicted size. She also started with an A cup whereby you're stating with a C

All this needs to be taken into consideration hun when looking at pics of the look you want and why it's always best to try and look for women with the same body type as yourself to avoid the confusion you're having now. Xxx

Have you considered going smaller if that's the kind of look you're wanting hun? Maybe a full D/small DD on a woman of your height (5ft3) x

I told my surgeon a dd when I met him. I showed him a better photo than the one on the link of a girl similar height and weight but I can't post it.

He said that to get the lift and fullness that the 365cmh would be best.

I think your right..,, maybe it is pre BA jitters.

It's just so scary.

It's not like dying your hair..... If you do tha and don't like it you just dye it back..... If I don't like my boobs post BA.... Without a serious lump of cash there is no changing them.

It's never been about size for my, always lift and shape, I explained that to mr mohan and he spoke so confidently when he told me what the best implants were. Maybe I shouldn't be questioning it. He knows far more about it than i do.... I just can't help feeling nervous :(
