Sports Bra
Hey, in past I've always bought the m&s front fastening sports bras. This time I got two asda ones as a surgeon recommended them. Do you think they will be giving enough support? They are the high impact ones and do feel comfy and supportive. Just worried as a lot cheaper than ones had in the past! X

Re: Sports Bra
I don't have to wear a bra at all under my surgeons orders, but I have read PLENTY of girls posts that say their surgeon recommended the asda ones, or they rated them off their own backs....but if he has recommended them then TRUST him, you've trusted him with you're body so far, so his choice of bra should be the same!
And it means you have more money for pretty bras when the time comes!

Re: Sports Bra
If your surgeon has recommended them then you can trust him however I understand what you mean about the difference in price ... If you are unsure you can always ring your clinic to ask xx

Re: Sports Bra
Asda ones are rubbish, not very supportive. Shock Absorbers are my favourite x

Re: Sports Bra
It's important to remember that each surgery is different as well, my surgeon said strictly no bra for me, and if I HAD to wear one after a few weeks for just a few hours (I have a family meal) then a crop top or non wired bra....NO SPORTS BRA under any circumstances for me, the tightnoss could damage the work he's done...he night be recommending the asda ones for YOUR PERSONAL recovery because they offer the right amount of support for YOU......but by all means, when you can exercise again, invest in a high quality high impact sports bra to protect your New assets...please trust your surgeon

Re: Sports Bra
The adsa ones aren't any good at all lovely. They feel fine at first, but two or three washes later and they're hanging on your boobs.
You're better off in one of your good quality high impacts hun. Xx
