She's just ruled off protocols about mediation and that she can charge me £50 for a private script! X

Don't know! Doctor has been back in and apologised. There is an agency nurse with poor English...just asked for a coffee and she says "I brought you one this morning!!!" I want my nice nurse back! X

That's disgusting! Your aftercare covers all surgery costs, surgeon and any meds you need Jay, so if she says it again be sure to set her straight and that she should at least know her job before attempting to do it!

Grrrrrr! That's made me so mad! NO-ONE makes jibes at our Jay growl

Aww poor you :( agency or not, individual patient centred care is a must for all nurses. I would complain if I were you, otherwise she'll carry on treating people that way. Even a patient on an NHS ward shouldn't feel worried about asking for a drink, but the fact you have paid for an aftercare service don't you let her or any other staff bully you hun xxx

Sounds awful, sorry to hear that.

Little tip though - if your given a private script, just pop into your GP and get it switched for an NHS one. Leave it with reception, they should be able to do it over night, then you'll only pay the £7-8 for it.
