I still haven't emptied my over flowing padded bra draw and won't until I know what size sports bra they are going to put me in.  Will seriouslu not be happy if it's a 32b...

Michelle :O havnt seen these pandas yet :( I'm looking out for them! Nope I'm still on my back! Hopefully will get into my side soon though! If it feels ok give it a go! :)

I've still got three weeks in this sports bra... I'm glad it's not really hot outside because it's so hard to hide them! I'm healing well :) everything is going fine although I overdid it a little yesterday and felt sore' nothing major...

Yay!! Everyone of us have BOOBIES!! (And bizzy will soon have hers!!) 

It's been great having our own little group to sound off to, to ask questions to support, and to have a general matter!! 

I have my second top up this week. I start college too! So it's all exciting!! 

I've started kind of side sleeping....j say kind of cos it's NOT the same as I used to, it can be uncomfortable for its a kind of mix between side and back sleeping....
But it's a start!! 

Yeah hope this stays here for a while at least!!!

That's the same as me princess! I do a half side sleep but didn't try to explain because I didn't know how to lol!

Hi girls glad to see everyone doing good I've been stuck workin constant due to staff sickness this week. So tired but I'm also gettin comfy side sleeping now which is a saviour lol

I'm still healing fantastic.....managed to pop a button of my works shirt hahaha felt like an achievement

Ive stopped being sick!! I couldn't keep anything down and I was like oh noooo but after around 2pm I started to feel a bit better with the lemonade lol!

My boobies are starting to soften up :) not too much...but its a start in the right direction :) xx

Like the button popping Mrsg I tried on a shirt today and realised theres no way I can wear that anymore!!

Well dressings are off and I'm sooooo happy. My nips point out instead of down for the first time ever!! Filling my 32dd sports bra but had to put extenders in so must still be swollen. As they settle do you find you can go up in size?? Have to go back next week for couple of stitches to be taken out.

Can shower and massage but not incisions.

I managed to sleep on my side for a while last night which was lovely!

No hon - I literally had just one adhesive dressing over each incision - no padding at all.  They were just very very high and swollen.  They're looking better and better with each week that passes. And more then anything, it really was going from almost totally flat to having big knockers! It was a shock - they're STILL massive even though swellings gone, but now I'm getting used to them

Well I am mobile phoneless at the moment - dropped my mobile from 20ft (can't remember if I already told you all that and I've missed too many pages to go back again!!!! So sorry if I'm repeating myself but thats my reason for going AWOL lol) so I am now stuck using an antiquated piece of poo phone that goes to about 2g internet and goes at the rate of a snail. So I don't even bother trying with the net on it!

So....I went back to work after 3 weeks off yesterday. In typical ambulance fashion, my first 3 jobs all involved some sort of lifting - my PS was wrong! 3 weeks away from lifting human fatties IS NOT long enough. My crew-mate has been amazing (he's the only one who knows about it apart from another girl at my station) and he's saved me from a lot but we had to get help out for a real big lift that was down 3 flights of stairs. Its insane really - you can go weeks without lifting anyone apart from maybe just over a threshold or down a couple of steps but the one shift you NEED an easy day OH NO! Well I guess it was never gonna be easy.  After the first job of the day I had to go home and put on a 2nd sports bra for extra support. Oh, and on the plus side no one has noticed at work.  Thank god I've always worn my uniform a little baggy - the greens hide a multitude of sins......you could gain a stone and you could hardly notice.......or in my case grow a huge pair of boobs LOL!

I went back to the gym at the weekend (don't tell me off!!!) at my initial consultation my PS said 3 weeks BUT I figured if I can take long walks (which I had been) then sitting on a back supported bike reading a book for an hour, and a gentle uphill treadmill walk couldn't hurt. And it didn't. I wore sports bra (obviously) with a exercise top with extra interior boobie support over the top. I did NOTHING excessive or high intensity just broke a sweat whilst reading for an hour. NOTE: You cannot read whilst doing high intensity CV! Honestly I couldn't bear doing nothing any more and walks just weren't cutting it. I've had no problems and no repercussions. I can't do my uphill walks too fast anyway because I don't like feeling them bounce! Its too early for THAT ha ha! 

More than anything I can't wait to get back to diving, my OH goes nearly every other weekend and I'm DYING to get back in the water. But carrying that scuba gear is definitely too much for the boobies. I won't do that again until I see my PS again but thats not til end Oct!!!! Sounds unbearable! I see people out running too and feel jealous....for a whole minute until I remember I have a pair of beautiful breasts that are SO WORTH holding off pounding the streets for. Reading in the gym will just have to do for now.

Bizzy.......you're our last girl to go now babe........so so so NEARLY THERE HONEY!!!!!

Sorry you've been poorly Jen, that sucks. Glad you're on the mend, or at least stopped being sick.

Bex and Kel how are your (not so new now) boobies - sorry its probably mostly your stories I've missed :-(

Yay great update sassy! Sorry to hear being back at work is really difficult :( I found that the extra support bra made a big difference, esp when bending over and picking up things! I think what you did at the gym would be fjne, your just doing light leg exercises not your whole body :) wow diving!! That would scare me lol... Like scuba?! 

Hi kel!! So glad to hear your happy!! Yes once the swelling has gone down you still have room to get bigger because your implants will then start to 'drop' into the pockets your surgeon has made and fluff just filling out at the bottom! Unless you had the poly implants xx

Yes hon scuba diving :) my favouritest hobby!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Miss it like crazy!

Its ok, I only had 2 days back I've got a couple days off now before being back in at the weekend. It's just sods law I had a lot of lifting to do!

Everything is much better with me, showering is fine now and I can bend over without feeling like they are going to fall off haha xx

Hey the big reveal was ok, was so nervous but when all those binders came off it was heaven..  I have quite a bit of swelling in the cleavage area but other than that they are looking good, at the moment I think the size was plenty big enough but once they settle I reckon a bit of Boob greed might kick in.  The sports bra I wore home wasnt very supportive of could have just been because i was used to ask the binders so anyway when I got home I tried the macom on and it made such a difference.. Going to take regular pictures so i can see then changing..

Glad your first day back was ok,do you work in reading to? How's the swelling?

Incisions were looking great, very neat and the nurse said healing well.  Still had some glue on but have been able to shower, so I had just a quick one add was scared bit even that felt like heaven and I managed to shave my arm pits Thank goodness..  xx

That's good!! So bare incisions now? Can't believe yiuve showered lol go you!!! I took three weeks haha   Xx

Great to hear you are happy with it Bexx. I've been trying to get rid of sticky left behind from dressings but its a bu**er to get off isn't it. I had shower this morn too but was bit cautious cause one of my incisions bled a bit last night.

Bra feeling quite uncomfortable today think I've been swelling at work. Will start bit of massage tonight was told to get started but not near incisions.

Feeling soooo bloated put on 3 bloomin' pounds since BA !!!!

Me too kel! I've put on 3 pounds... Even though our implants weigh a little I still feel sooo much bigger then before ... Not nice!!
Just went out on a walk with my dog and boyf :) xx

I feel awful, like I've put on half a stone or something. !  We don't have scales at home but next time I'm at my nans I'll jump on hers. ? Not impressed.  If my belly was like it was pre BA my new boobs would stick out so much further ;)

I just work two days at the moment but on the Suttons business park at Rockwell Collins so really close xx
