September Buddies

I'm wearing button up because my arms are still sore, I can't move them behind me so need help getting in lol... I am feeling fine today just my back is so so sore , my boobies are ok lol :) 

Can't wait to see all the new Avis! Not long until all September buddies have boobies! Xx

MrsG - LOVE LOVE LOVE the new avi babe you look AMAZING. I was boiling yesterday too, sat in just my strapping, paper knickers and stockings for most of the day. Was boiling hot over night and today too, really flushed face and chest. Was so worried I check my temp but I'm fine so I guess its just the meds.

I've got the thirst of a thousand camels today too. Can't seem to satisfy it! Can't stop looking and touching my new assets......they're so so so awesome.....Like you MrsG I am in love!!!  

Katy I've let myself eat naughties today and yesterday for comfort but gonna be good from tomorrow. I can't bear putting on weight it makes me really depressed so I'll stress enough because I can't exercise.

Sorry I've been a bit on the quiet side today, been tired and had loads of visitors. Have written my BA journey under surgery stories (although I cheated and used some of the update I gave you girls earlier).  I still feel a bit out of it today, I think because I didn't sleep well last night. Hopefully I'll be back on form tomorrow.

Gonna chill out and watch a film in a mo then get an early night me thinks xxx

Hi girls, all your Avis look amazing, havnt been on here today as I'm full of cold, just finished a long day and going to dose myself up and go to bed :(

Teaspoon, like you Hun, I had trouble with pyjamas I brought some from bout avenue. A wide neck t.shirt and baggy bottoms,in a leopard print. really nice. However bit worried about getting top on. All the button through ones I've seen are granny gribbons ones........ I also treated myself to a nice pair of slippers, slip on ones, thought save me bending....... Also in print......( like a bit of leopard) however my best friend pointed out with my p.js and slippers they will think Kat slater has been admitted.......... Totally put me off............. Hahahahahahaha........
Anyway in going to have another look for button through p.js........ Not much time...... And don't feel like shopping..... God I must be ill...........

Well!! I can't believe I've not had time to check in with my support circle today  - especially as it's finally MY BOOBY EVE!!! I've had my mother over for the day and therefore have spent the day at my wits end, gritting my teeth through her fussing instead of getting over excited about tomorrow (I get too excited that I get frustrated usually, so that's good)
I have 0 nerves about tomorrow and it's all down to all of you! Got my v pillow, arnica, button ups, beloved pick n mix (more!) and babywipes/dry shampoo - I wouldn't have known about any of these things had it not been for this forum so thank you again!!

You all look fab! Can't believe it's mid month already! I changed my avatar this morning so that you could all see why I call them pecs! I trained back and biceps today, went swimming and had the longest hot shower ever! Really made the most of it all!

Bizzy & Kel - Asda, Sainsburys and Tesco all had playsuit pj's which I bought. I also just have a few pairs of shorts as I'm happy to be in my strapping and dressing gown I think.

Sassy, it's good to hear you are happy with the result already!! Imagine when they have settled properly, you'll be over the moon ;) I totally agree with your comment on MrsG's stunning avi, who would have thought she underwent surgery only 3 days ago! No booby blues for you on day 3 MrsG! Pleased youre doing so well :))
 
Kel in my pre op I had blood test, urine test, mrsa swab, and an ecg - think I had a few more than normal due to having a dodgy ticker and only one kidney. Even with all that I was only in half an hour! I was excited about mine though, makes it a bit more real!!

Best TRY and sleep now I guess....! No gonna happen :)

Ladies sorry I didn't keep on the loop yesterday laptop playing up and as you will probably know its annoying doing it on phones! Anyway as you will see I'm up at the crack of dawn as I needed ice packs!! In between the boobs is so swollen and tight it woke me up.

Sassy Ialso had a thirst of a thousand called yesterday he he! Also I was annoyed with the driver who brought me home as he didn't carry in my hospital bag for me which was really heavy so I hope that hasn't done anything towards the swelling 

I'm so proud of us September buddies we are getting there 1 by 1 or 2 by 2 in some cases lol and I just wanted to say it would have been a hell of a lot harder without you al, with all the advice and reading of others journeys it really prevents the fears and the unknowing so thanks XXX 

Woohoo today is my reop day and I'm wide awake at 5.30am! U wud think I'm nervous or sumthing??!!! Lol gotta set off at 7 to be at nuffield for 7.30.im hungry already and know I cant eat til after my op :/ xxxxx

I'm not so lucky as I'm in this afternoon :( just having a my morning home made strawberry and blueberry smoothie for breakfast before my nil by mouth from 8am.

Hope your all feeling good though ladies, post op and still waiting for the big day! I'm ok, took my stockings off last night and after a better night sleep I'm over dreaded day three and feeling better! Arms are still very limited but still no pain as such in boobies...  Xx

That's great mrsg! Your recovery sounds great, yesterday was horrible for me but now I'm just taking painkillers to help get me through the night :)

Sorry to hear you had rough day yesterday Jen. Do they make you keep surgical stockings on then? Yuk must be v uncomfortable!

Well I was just told to keep them on at least 48 hours until your up and around but day three was really bad for me and I wasn't up at all really so I left them on for an extra day! It's nice to have them off but I now need to somehow shave my legs haha!!! Xx

Oh teaspoon do u know what time ur surgery Is yet?feeling quite sore at the mo but the morphine is kicking in so hopefully be able to finally eat sumthing xxx
