Bizzy - I think I'm ready! I need to get a robe tomorrow, I took a leaf out of jen's book and bought a **naughty word** of pick n mix too. I'm panicking a lot that I won't have everything with me! Is there anything I may have forgotten?!

 I can't find any good looking pj's that are easy to get over t-Rex arms! What did everyone else go for? Also, I have a random question for one and all, does it change the size of your nips?! Ha ha I hope not!!

I would like to make a pic trail as there are a few ladies shortly after me having a similar BA - but I don't know how to, can someone help please? I don't really get the newbie member thing - dies this restrict me?

Oh god, my heart keeps fluttering, it's nearly boobie eve!!!!!! I hate not being able to get on here much :( every day is so busy at the mo :(( oh well, it will be worth it!!!

Good luck  teaspoon hope it all goes as smoothly and quickly as possible. I got nice pjs in Costco of all places. But even just a wee vest u can pull up from the bottom is easy

Yeah those should be fine just make sure there's lots of room for the boobies. I wish I'd just taken shorts to be honest the hospital was roasting and I kept my top off.

I'm feeling good..woke up twice during the night as I needed my tablets but I wasn't in agony just sore and needed them. I'm looking forward to hubby helpin me get washed today I feel like a tramp lol.

Ha ha good luck with that MrsG! I bet you'll be trying all sorts of positions until you find the one that works!! 

I'm about to go for my last gym and swim sesh for a few weeks (OH MY GOD!!!!) life without the gym will be hard eeeeeeeek!!!

Good luck!! I got my pjs from primark, they are button up so really easy to put on... Not the nicest if things I admit! 

Having a Ba can stretch the areolas but from what I've seen on this forum they normally will go back to the size they was before... 

Yay for the pick and mix!! My boobies are getting itchy lol... Didn't sleep aswell last night so had to take a pain relief tablet which helped me! Still off then during the day :) 

September is an amazing month :D I'm excited for you all!! Xx

September definately is an amazing month! I can still barely believe I've gone through the actual op and am out the other side already!? Crazy! It really does go so quick!

I have my wound/dressing appointment tomorrow, so fingers crossed everything is looking normal.

Loving all the new avi's I'm seeing, progress is being made!

Michelle, thank you you - you look amazing!!! Wow, they look so big for the size implant but then you had a good amount of breast tissue :) the strapping marks did look really sore, hope they're better now! 

Jen I've been so naughty.....just eaten all my pick n mix!!!! Oink oink!!! Definitely going to the gym now!! Sorry to hear you woke needing pain relief, hope day 3 gets better for you :)

Has anyone heard from Natty? It's her day tomorrow too but I don't think I've seen any posts?

Thanks. yes, my surgeon mr solomos said id be a DD after with these. The strapping marks dont hurt now I dont have the strapping digging in. I do swell badly, when ive broken bones or just sprained ankles, so wasn't suprised that I swoll so badly, felt like I had an elephant on my chest day 2/3 post op and that I was going to brake through my strapping!!!!  

I ate all my pic a mix the day befpre my op on the way up to London oops

Morning girls!!!!!

Well I didn't end up leaving the hospital until half 9, my surgeon got caught on an emergency in Harley St so couldn't be helped.

I didn't sleep last night really, I was in a bizarre dozey state where I was dreaming but still very aware of being sat up in my bed with itchies lol. Was really comfy though, the pillow pyramid with my v pillow on top was a lifesaver - thank you Cookie! I got bored at half 6 and got up.

I feel pretty fine today, my right ribs are tender and my leftie if pretty sore but ice packs are helping a lot. TRYING to relax and keep still but finding it really difficult. Got the whole weeks celebBB to watch, x-factor and a ton of movies.

My boobies are HUGE!!!!!! The nurse said she thinks even when the swelling goes down she thinks I'll be looking at an E/F!!!  It's so funny cus when I did discuss the implant size with my PS again before surgery I told him I'd been freaking out about size. They're a really nice shape and the nipples feel like they're central - was freaking out about some before and after pics I've seen where the nipples look like they've had a row and face outward and I really didn't want that. I can feel them, they're a bit tender - but I don't know when the loss of sensation or over sensitivity usually sets in???

Jen LOVIN your avi - love that it looks like you're copping a nipple feel te he he!  I'm not gonna bother with another avi until the big reveal next week, all you can see is strapping and Macom with big fillers lol!

Sassy- good to hear from you!!! I was the same with the sleeping at hospital... I'm glad to hear your happy with size! It defo is a case of not focusing on size because it sounds scary doesn't it! I'm guessing il be an E/F also when they drop and fluff (fingers crossed)

Thanks Teaspoon, I'll go change my details in a mo ( forgot about that! ) I had 210cc natrelle MP responsive gel unders. I had very little to nothing to start with (30aa) currently in a 32b shock absorber. So hopefully once swelling goes down I'll hit my target of 30C! whoop!

Sassy so great to hear from you. Sleeping does get disturbed, but hopefully you'll get a good night tonight cos of last night. I can feel nearly all of both of my boobs, but the underneath of righty is numb a bit. Fingers crossed it will come back, it does feel weird being numb.

Hey ladies just catching up on all the posts I'm loving all the new avi they look great.

Good luck teaspoon you will be fine. In turns of PJs I was fine with a vest top easy to stretch on and off ended up coming home in it! 

Well was discharged at 7am today home for 9am went out for breakfast with my mum now relaxing on the sofa. Slept from 10pm until getting woken at 6am at the hospital so that was good hope tonight is as gud!

Yay great to hear from you Hannah! Woohooo :) Im still finding myself wanting to nap throughout the day, I normally wake up around 8/9, up for a few hours then back to bed around midday for a nap lol....

How is everyones appetite? im eating very little but often in order to try not to feel sick, especially around when I need to take medication... hoping that's ok! xx

I'm not eating as much as I normally would, but then I'm not active and doing all the things I do day to day anyway. I think it's normal as long as you're eating sensibly to aid your healing its all good   X

Glad to hear everyone is doing so well. I don't feel quite so worried about recovery now. New avi's all look great.

Have my pre op on fri, what does that entail?  Did any of you ladies do the rice bags a nd how did you feel they compared to sizers at clinic?  I'm not sure if rice bags look smaller?  x

Kel the rice bags came up much much bigger then what my boobs feel like right now it's crazy! However I know my chest does need to relax more and they will probs get a little bigger... Lol? 

At my pre op we just went through health questions, weighed me, took my height and she just signed me down as fit to go... Took pictures and paid :) xx

Nothing too serious in pre op then Jen thanks now have some idea of what to expect. Just ordered button up playsuit pj's from next clearance x
