sleeping position and morning boob
Hi, Ive been sleeping upright since my op (day 8 post op) as im too scared of morning boob. Have experienced it slightly, but not too bad. When is it ok to go down abit as my butt is becoming numb by the morning (which the hubster thinks is hilarious ) also when does morning boob go??? had my strapping off today (had been so tight and swollen actually have cuts from where it dug in at the top of my boobies!!!) and the nurse said they are still abit swollen on top but already swollen down so much!!!!
thanks

There's absolutely no need at all to be sleeping upright hun.
As long as your head and shoulders are raised higher than your chest that's as high up as you need to be - propped up and not sat up hun. Xx

Just your shoulders and head need to be raised. I also find once I get up and move about morning boob goes pretty much straight away. x
