Re: sleeping position
I sleep propped up pretty much full time lol. I'm sure someone told me six weeks but I might be making that up! X

Re: sleeping position
After about 2 weeks the majority of the swelling has gone down by then and if you feel comfortable you can try lowering yourself now babe. If you'd like to try side sleeping just be careful and use your V- pillow to help you. You can arrange your v-pillow into a position whereby you're cuddling it and creating a hole for your bottom boob to sit into resting on the bed. A pair of soft socks placed in your cleavage helps keep your boobs stable too, so you get no side flop lol.
If you feel any discomfort though, or experience any pain, its best to go back to the start for another week and then give it another try until your boobs feel ready. Xx

Re: sleeping position
Yes my notes say two weeks sleeping with head and shoulders slightly raised.... Good luck if you do try to start side sleeping :) xx

Re: sleeping position
Yup two weeks, I attempted the side sleeping last night, but for me just didn't feel right yet, even with cushions and pillows arranged around me, I just didn't feel safe or comfortable yet haha! I'm using 3 massive thick pillows so not Sat upright, just have my head and shoulders slightly raised.

Ha...where did I get six weeks from? I'm all propped up at the moment but keep waking up and I've managed to slip down the bed! My boobs feel like they are made of lead! X

Michelle I'm the same about the shower lol! Was given the go ahead Monday was tried to this morning but they still feel so heavy I decided to stick with the hair wash over the bath and showering the rest of me lol... I'm a wimp too! But as long as I can keep clean I don't feel like there's any rush...xx

Re: sleeping position
The more pillows the better as far as I am concerned!
It has taken me ages to be comfortable enough to get a proper nights sleep. Can anyone tell me when they started sleeping on their front? I forgot about the new boobs and went to lie on my front the other night, that lasted about 10 seconds!
I wore a sports bra in the shower until I felt comfortable naked!!!

Re: sleeping position
Lol me neither!! I take my bra off for like ten mins which is ok but all the movement in the shower without a bra is what's putting me off as they still feel heavy and swollen! Lol we will get there in the end :) xx

Re: sleeping position
First time I showered I had a temper tantrum! Proper paddy like a 2yr old, stood there shouting and crying at my hubby coz it felt weird and uncomfortable and I couldn't reach to was my hair and he wasn't doing it right! Took about a week before I was comfortable doing it by myself. I guess if you wear the macom in the shower, it saves having to hand wash it!
