Good morning ladies :) xx
I have a bit of a worry about how my partner will see me or whether he will become too jealous/possessive after I have my BA, did anyone else have those worries and did your partner change towards in anyway?xxx

Some do, but you can usually judge how they'll be by what their reaction is to you actually getting the BA x

Re: Partners
My partner actually gave me the monies for the BA, he knows on an experienced personal level how u feel inside when you're not happy with yourself so I guess I am worried over nothing but one comment he made about people looking and if they gaupe, he won't like it, I replied neither will I! Lol xx

Re: Partners
Mine was very wary before he met the surgeon with me, but mostly because of surgery worries than booby worries. He's still a bit hit and miss post op though. Im still not sure if he likes them, or if its still taking him time to adjust, especially as hes not had a proper good grope yet! He doesnt seem to mind outwardly that Ive been wearing slightly lower cut tops, but he's not really one for emotion, so who knows! But I think deep down as long as Im happy, so's he.

Re: Partners
Jealousy after a BA is something many women have to deal with hun. If you're man is jealous now, then I'd prepare yourself for it to possibly get worse after surgery hun.
My husband has had pangs of jealousy through our marriage, but nothing that caused any problems between us pre-BA. After surgery it did get bad. Not toward me, but toward men who might look at me. He'd be steaming and sometimes give them a right good telling which was embarrassing. It took me some time to reassure my husband that men might look but what he needed to keep in mind was that I'm with HIM! It doesn't matter about anybody else as long as we had each other and instead of getting angry to look at these idiots who did the double takes, or who near broke their neck staring and that's exactly what we do now... We laugh at them! We have a good giggle 'together' now if we do catch men staring.
It may take a lot of ego stroking and reassurance for some men to help them deal with a woman's new body and they may feel threatened for a while, but if your relationship is strong.... They get over it and your relationship will be better than ever. I know mine is! Xx

Re: Partners
My hubby has been my rock through all this, so supportive. Like Charliis he was a bit wary over the surgery, he hates operations, hospitals etc........ That's why he has been with me to each of my consultations as there was things he wanted to ask the surgeon too. He knows I've done my research and he knows I have a great surgeon so he's been really good about it all. We have a great relationship and if there are any lookers, he may get a pang of jealousy but I think he will just laugh it off......
It must be hard for them if guys are looking at your chest. After all us girls don't like girls staring at our partners...... Not really..... So it's understandable.....

Re: Partners
Gosh I hadn't thought about it - my husband isn't the jealous type anyway, so I am extremely lucky!
He's been telling me to have them done for years - in a good way! - it just took me a while to justify the expense!

Re: Partners
My boyfriend hated the idea of my BA. He says he doesnt like boob jobs at all. He still doesn't like it now but the way he is with me hasn't changed. He has his opinion on what iv done but it hasn't changed the way he feels about me. I'm fairly convinced however that when everything settles and gets more squishy he will enjoy them better than the nipples I had before.

Re: Partners
It was my Hubby that suggested the idea to me originally. I'd not really seriously considered it, thinking that he'd think I was being daft or vain. He's been so supportive all the way though I couldn't fault him. Although I think he got a bit bored of it all at the research stage! He does tend to roll his eyes too at the amount of time I spend on this forum!!
I'm sure he'll be mega happy with the end results though. Lol!!x

Re: Partners
my husband knew for years I had been down about my body and that I wanted a BA and knew what surgeon I wanted as I had mentioned him and researched him loads, so he booked me and appointment with him and a few other clinics and then booked me in for my xmas
If anything my husband is raging he cant see them more often as Im hating them at the moment waiting for this reop as I feel they look way to fake, but thats the look my husband loves lol
but he will be happy when im happy xx
