I think you would just go to your local hospital, I'm not sure....
We must think positive though, everything will be fine....xx

I've read that tink but you know what to expect and what's normal so if not then you would be able to act fast and hopefully that would mean your catch it quick but fingers crossed you won't get anything and will be fine xx

Re: what if things go wrong
This is something you'd have to discuss with both the surgeon and the clinic you went through which is based in Scotland isn't it?
If you were unfortunate and had a heamatoma and went to your NHS hospital, they would have no care for saving the implant at all and I know you're aware of that babe and this is your fear. But although you're having to travel to have surgery with your original surgeon, you should in the event of emergency still be able to go to the clinics hospital and see another of their surgeons if need be lovely, but I would suggest you get all this sorted and in writing prior to surgery.
You're a clever girl thinking outside of the box Tink. So yes... Do get that sorted hun. Your aftercare is with the clinic, not the surgeon (although your surgeon has been lovely to continue with your revision after leaving) so the clinic should look after you. Xx

Re: what if things go wrong
I went to my surgeon through BMI Rosshall so dont have any connection to a clinic
I have emailed my surgeon last night and raised my concerns, he now works for Spire Manchester and also NHS down in Manchester but he is going to try and get some contacts at Rosshall for me so that if something were to go wrong then I can call a nurse at Rosshall which is 40 mins away from me so that I can try and not go to an NHS hospital, this is of course if there was a problem which we are all hoping I dont have any xx

So is Rosshall, the hospital, the "clinic" I called them to arrange my consultation with my surgeon, I just always thought that my contact was direct to my surgeon
He is calling me today at some point to see how I get on getting my bloods xx
