Swollen uptop
The upper parts of my breasts are still very swollen
When does it go down? I'm nearly 5 weeks post op.
it went down a lot at the start but now it seems to have stayed the same for the past few weeks.
Week 6 is when I can wear a bra and I still don't feel comfortable showing my boyfriend because they still look like cocunuts :(

Re: Swollen uptop
Awww its different for us all hun. Mine were really late dropping, it took 3 months for mine for settle. I'm not saying this will be the same for you, you could drop tomorrow? Or it could be longer, you just don't know hun.
When you're able to wear wires, with still being sat high, you'll probably find balcony bras look best on your boobs at first. This what I found anyway babe. Boobs look more 'normal' shall we say in those whilst you're waiting for them to drop. Xx

I am with you on the coconut boobs!
Agree with Cookie - I have bought a balconette bra and they good in it.
I think you have got to give them at least 6 months to settle and a year to get a decent picture of the end result x

Re: Swollen uptop
Mine are still very full at the top, look like they're in a perma-push up bra, even in my sports bras! That wont go until they drop, and gravity takes hold of the implant itself. The goo inside will eventually head south, and they'll stop looking like coconuts and more like real boobs, with the natural slope and lower fullness. It'll be different for everyone, some 5 wks, others 6-12 months. You just gotta wait for the fluff fairy ;)

Mine tok a while to drop too hun probably 2-3months. Just be wary when you get the all clear for wires not to go mad on buying bras because if they haven't dropped they may not fit so well after. Xx

Re: Swollen uptop
They look quite full already and my surgeon said they were sitting in the right place (does this mean they have dropped already?!?) I'm confused as there still very full at the top.

Re: Swollen uptop
You're not yet finished in your recovery babe. Still early days... Look to the six month marker before you start to see anything like what your result might finally be like. Xx
