Re: Swollen
Yay boobies!!!
Plenty of rest.... Lots of sleep and wear a good supportive bra :)
Ice packs help but keep them away from incisions...
Can't wait to hear more about your new boobs!! Good luck xxx

Re: Swollen
Pain on the sternum due the skin being stretched can be really sore hun
Ice packs placed just over the tops of your boobs will help relive the discomfort sweetheart.
Getting yourself up and mobile will also help with the swelling lots, so when you feel able the best thing you can do for yourself is get up and moving around. The worst you can do is stay in bed hun. Of course rest when your body tells to you rest, but the rest of the time get yourself up and moving around, xx

Re: Swollen
I had this I'm now two weeks post op, it's still a little swollen and i really worried about it, but as everyone said its normal and will go down.
The one thing that helped me the most was a really suportative sports bra, I had to go up a band size due to swelling around my rib cage and it wasn't suportative enough on my breasts and it made the swelling between worse, I took a trip to bravisimo and got fitted with a new sports bra. I have gone down 4 inches on the band size and up a cup size it's made the biggest difference to the support and swelling.
I also modified a sports bra in to a thong bra and that really helped me, after I stressed myself out, I didn't wear it until I was a week post opp and did check it was okay to wear.

Yes it got worse before it got better, the morning and evening it's at it worst still but it's so much better than it was.

Re: Swollen
Hello sweetness,
Go to picture trail website, set up an account, then once you have done that create an album, call it what you like and then upload your pics. There is an option to password protect the albums, make sure you do this otherwise anyone can see your pics. Then if you want to share with anyone send them a pm with your username and the password you gave your album,
Hope that helps :)xx
