new provisional reop date.....

so after deciding i def want to go for the mentor 350cc HP, and not UHP I called my surgeon today and he said as all the forms are signed then he can do the op on Mon 14TH Oct!!! Ive put in a hol sheet and will know tomorrow if i can get it off and if so date will change from 13th Dec to 14th Oct.

Im hoping my manager clears my holidays!!! xx

me too I dont actually have enough holidays left as I need 22 hours over xmas!! so Ive said on the note that I can work extra shifts or take days unpaid

If the answers no then al be asking why cause everyone else can do that!! lol
