Hiya, I am in October, 30th.
I am currently a 30b/c and having 525cc unders. I dont think 300cc overs would look too big on you, I am only 5ft 1 and 8st 5. The 525 should take me up to a really good DD which is what I was pre-baby x

Hi, I'm in on the 5th October with Mr Russo from THG. If you're worried you could go for another consultation to try more sizes and discuss again.
I'm having 400cc unders and to be honest I have been thinking about the sizing over and over again for a while. I'm happy now, as I trust that my surgeon won't make me look daft and he understands what I am looking to achieve.
I'm 5'10'' and currently a 32a size 10, but I've got a good pair of child bearing hips so I am hoping that bigger boobies is going to balance me a out!!xx
2522Laura, who are you having your surgery with?x

Re: Newbie - anyone having ba in october?
Hello :)
I haven't actually booked a date yet as I have a few more consultations to attend but I went to one last night with THG and the surgeon recommended 340 under, when I tried them in the bra I thought they was too small, if we are spending a small fortune on feeling like a woman and not lookin like I have the body of a man lol then I want to feel comfortable with the size so I opted to try 375 and I thought this was more suitable, I am 5'2 and about 9'2 in weight, I have very flat 34/36 A/AA maybe, if I dare admit I'm only a AA lol
I have filled bags of rice to 375 and feel this is definitely what I want, also the care coordinator told me u lose definition slightly with unders :) xx

Re: Newbie - anyone having ba in october?
Hi Pilly,
My first consultation was with Mr Sulaiman at THG and he suggested 300-340cc unders, mainly as due to lack of space that's what he'd be able to fit in. However I saw some others and they suggested other sizes.
It's definitely worth seeing a few surgeons to see what they all say before making decisions. I saw four surgeons before making my mind up.
Have a good read though on here about other women's experiences. One thing I have noticed is that in some women a lower cc goes a long way. There are ladies on here that had 300cc implants and they are measuring an E cup!
Good luck with all the research, I'm sure you'll find the one that you're happy with soon.xx

Re: Newbie - anyone having ba in october?
Exciting times Laura...I'm in at the beginning of October so I can report back on Mr Russo's work!!
How far are you from Dolan Park? I'm about two hours drive. If I end up with a stupidly early admission time I think we'll go up the night before. Hubby's got a Travelodge booked for the day of the op as he's my chauffer for the weekend!!
I negotiated a little on price too, always good to get a little discount, makes you feel so much better about spending a ridiculous amount of money!!
I'm sooo excited! I've got a training course in Birmingham for work for the next three weeks so that's me busy during some of the countdown!!
Roll on the next month, new boobies here we come!!x

I am probably around 1 1/2 hrs away. I am going for their transport (was included in the price) so will probably have to leave early. We have a Son who will be 1 1/2 in October so I am going on my own, probably for the best though! It would make us worry more if he came x

Re: Newbie - anyone having ba in october?
I know what you mean. Our little munchkins (3 and 1) will be staying over with Nanny and Grandad!! They'll have a great time I'm sure.
I was going to opt for their transport, but since I managed to book for a weekend it was easier to get hubby to take me, since he wanted to be there anyway and would have only driven up for the day to be there. The Travelodge was only £27 for the night.
I did tell him I'd be fine on my own. There's quite a few people who have been on their own for the day and been fine! Don't think I'll be up to much stimulating conversation after the op anyway!!x

The October buddies thread is now up as a sticky at the top of the General Breast Augmenation section of the forum if you'd like to pop by there girls. Its a great thread for all girls having their surgery in October to be able to share all those emotions you'll be experiencing both before and after surgery with those going through the same at around the same time as yourselves... Do do have a look girls and say hello. Xx
