shoulder massage?
Hi ladies
I have lots of tension in my shoulders, maybe from sleeping propped up and pillows pushing my shoulders forward, or maybe I am hunching a bit?
I just wondered if massage is safe eary post op? As it moves toxins around the body?

I was hoping not, but a therapist I contacted asked me to get clearance from doc, but as it's late Friday there is no Chance!

OK spoke to one of the A&E lady consultants, she knows nothing about boob jobs but was also pretty certain that a shoulder/neck massage will not do you any harm honey xxx

Re: shoulder massage?
It's just your posture Hun, try and straighten up and push your shoulders back STRECH your neck and stand up straight.
You will start to feel more normal once your more upright and taking little walks, remember shoulders back and try not o hunch x
