Lump on hand
This may be a strange question but I have a lump on my hand, it's the same hand the cannula was in and the lump is in line with the hole where the cannula was but about an inch away (towards my wrist), looks like its on the same vein.
It's smaller than a pea but a roundish lump and it feels bruised to touch.. Does anyone know what this could be?

Re: Lump on hand
Its phlebitis babe.
Nothing at all to be concerned about. This can often happen after having a cannula removed and can feel sore for a while. Its just a little inflammation of the vein.
Massaging the area will help it get better quicker though Jo. Xx
