lump???? Empty lump????

im a bit concerned and like a worry wreck, my righty has been achey but left is fine, my scars look amazing, but on my right iv got a lump on the edge of my scar and its like a boil size lump, and is quite tender to touch. im getting worried as what iv been through thinking not again..
please tell me this is quite normal, or could it be a boil or something??

HELP!!!

Sounds like it might be a stitch or something, I'd go to your GP or clinic and get them to have a look for you
