I felt the same about the bigger companies, I had consultations with HMG and Transform before having one with Spire and I was more looked after with spire, everything was all a slower pace, everything in my time. And I didnt go much on the surgeons but it was love at first sight when i met with the surgeon who i have chosen so you just gotta go with your gut! Although there are loads of women on here that swear by these companies but mainly i didnt want to travel to london for my boobs so was glad to be having my surgery in my home town!

Hi Everyone.....only joined today. All happening quite quickly for me! Been wanting new boobs for over 10 years after my kids ate them. Finally booked a consultation which i had on monday and looks like im going in 18th Sept. Im so excited!!  will be nice to talk to you lot while we are all going through the same thing

Hi Yolanda...yes its really quick...a little scary! Im going with Paul Levick in Birmingham at the priory hospital. My only concern is as im quite slim i would look ridiculous with big boobs. Ive asked for as large as i can go but still looking as natural as they can. Im worried about looking ridiculous. eek. Im currently a 34A nearly B. Im having 300cc overs which im hoping will take me to a 34C and no larger. very exciting but also daunting. Worried about having a general too as ive never had one before. Other anesthetics ive had previously (epidural/spinals) have made me really sick

Welcome to September! Like you said it's great to go through the experience with other ladies :D don't worry about being too big, you've asked to be natural meaning that when your surgeon measured you he has told you which implants will fit so they won't look to be :) your have lovely boob haha!

Hopefully the ga will be ok, I've had one before and it's nothing to worry about, you wake up feeling like you havnt even been put to sleep yet lol, and it you tell the person you are probe to be sick after then they should be able to give you things to help manage that,

Hi jordanna1, welcome....... You will be fine with G.A you know nothing about it..... A nice lil snooze. You can ask for something to be put in the anaesthetic to stop you being sick, when I had my first couple of generals, when I came around I was so sick..... I mentioned this last time and he said he would put something to stop that, and came around as right as rain.... 
I think the sizing will be fine, they wouldn't make you look silly.... I think we all worry about this.... Too small, too big.... I've chosen now and am happy...... Have you done the rice boob test? This really helped me... Advised by my surgeon...

Hi Bizzy..my surgeon recommended doing the rice test so will try it this week. I think im mainly worried about having the 2 pefectly round hard football look. Ill talk myself out of it at this rate

Jordana, I really dont think you will have a problem with your implant size, they sound a fair size and the surgeon knows best and would prefer to give women a natural look anyway so dont worry at all. Did you try sizers on at the consultatio?

Im a little worried for the GA too but everyone has assured me that its nothing to worry about, im more worried about feeling sick afterwards than i am worried that something will go wrong under GA.

That was exactly what I was worried about..... I did take pictures to my consultation what I liked and what I definitely didn't....... I told him not to make me look like a porn star......... He did say that the sizes he chose for me would suit my frame and would look natural..... He knows I don't want 2 footballs stuck on.... I think he got that....... I did go on a bit......
We are bound to worry. But I'm very excited too.....
Keep putting my rice boobs in, it has helped. I put them under my clothes to see what tops look like, under dresses etc......whatever I can....... It's amazing how differently your clothes look. ...... Keep us posted....

Im finding my rice boobs look way different to the sizers i tried on at the last consultation so gonna try them on again on weds and see how i feel about them then as my rice ones are on the small side but the sizers looked amazing!

Welcome Jordanna, our month is getting busier by the day woohoo..

I too was having the worry about size, didnt want them to look stuck on but at the same time didnt want to regret the size.  I think that's why I've chosen the conical shape as for me I just find round a but scary even after seeing loads of amazing BAs which have used round..  My mind could still change though :-/.. 

What's everyone's stats in our month?

I'm 33, 5ft 8in, weigh between 8.5 stone and 9 (depending how many Haribo I've eaten in the month - it's my weakness) I'm currently a empty 32b (should be an A) I'm hoping to be s full C so at the moment going for a 295cc implant size

By the sounds of your stats, you should def reach your goal i would imagine so best of luck! Haha im not much of a sweet eater but i def chow down on lots of savoury snacks lol!

Im 21, 5 ft 7, 8 stone 4, I reckon Im a 32 B and C (asemetrical) and im hoping to have boobs like katy perry so roughly DD, to achive this surgeon is choosing high profile, 350 and 300 cc Perthese Implants although until ive seen him for the last time on wednesday i wont know for sure.

Im also 21, 22 on the 23rd of sept... That's confusing haha... I'm 5'9 around 10 stone and a size 10/12.. I also wear a 32b but have tuberous breasts :( I'm having 460cc to hopefully fix them but a areola reduction is on the cards at a later date if not!

Blondiebex Dunedin use Natrelle implants tear drop or round.  If you are having implants only it sounds as though they are about the same price as you have already been quoted.  They also seem to be up for a bit of a haggle, I got just under £1,000 off the cost of implants and lift but then it does cost the same as a small car lol !!  They also have a cosmetic nurse available for any advice and sizing appointments and she is so lovely.

Welcome Jordana1 you are just the week before me (24th Sept) so we will all have lots to tell eachother and compare!  don't worry about ga, honestly in my experience you don't even remember going to sleep.  I am also very concious about not wanting to look like I've got a couple of bowling balls attached to my chest.  Although I want them bigger I also want them to look natural.

I will be 43 in a few weeks about size 8/10 on top and 12 on bottom so hoping boobies will even out  my bodyshape a bit and am probably having 325cc unders which I'm  hoping will take me to about a D(ish) x

Forgot to mention that im a size 8 dress size too. Lol.

I'm hoping ill be evened out also, it's going to feel so good to have boobs to go with my hips lol...


Has anyone else became a boob perv? I am always staring at women's boobs to see which ones I like haha, I think I've seen some women who have had a BA because they look to perfect haha :) I feel like I keep getting caught though.... Xx

Lol Jennifer I was doing exactly that today.  Saw 2 women who clearly had boob jobs and feel myself looking at others thinking I wonder what size they are lol ! x

Haha, yeah im always eyeing up boobs and sometimes my jealousy gets the better of me and i end up saying negative things about them to myself lol.
I need to chill out and be happy that it wont be much longer now and ill have beautiful boobies!

Lol a boob perv..  I have soooooo turned into one of these..  My husband seems to say to me everytime I get the iPad "what are you looking at?" To which I reply "boobs". He says he wouldn't be able to get away with it.  I said mine is research lol... Xx

Yeah my OH is the same, I keep getting told off for perving and researching boobs and dont get me started about all the talking about boobs. Its litterally all I talk about lately.

Haha!! My boyf always asks arnt I bored of looking at boobs yet and has asked why I'm allowed to look, haha research is key! He's accepted it now though that his long term girlfriend now spends much of her time looking at boobs :)

I always thought that I was unlucky but I don't mean to be harsh, there are many women who don't have nice boobs at all, so I can't wait to have beautiful ones!! They will be my new baby's!! Xx

I do quite like Nicole Scherzinger (spelling) size but I do think I need to get a definite celebrity in mind so I can tell my surgeon just to make sure he knows the look I want..  X

Yeah we are all lucky that we are in a position to be able to do something about it.  x
