hi
so im massaging my scars everyday with bio oil in a circular motion but is this correct?
also how long should i be doing for as it feels weird!
advice please..

Yes, that's right Sezbaby :ok: 

It can feel strange at first, the scars might feel a little lumpy and you may even find you hear a pop, a snap or something like that but its nothing at all to worry about. Its just the scar tissue breaking down which is the very purpose of the massage babe.

I just did 5mins in the morning, afternoon and night.

Just day and night would be enough when you're back at work though. Xx

they feel really flat actually but i kept my tape on for 8 week as my surgeon says it helps them heal flat.
i will do morning & night im sure i will get used to it!
