Pain after no bra
Evening ladies,
hope your all well!!! So, the other night I slept braless because it was too hot and uncomfortable! Since then my left boobie has been a bit painful, I'm scared I've hurt my implant, is this possible?
I have gone back to wearing my sports bras day and night to give it that extra support, it has worked a little. Should I be worried?

No nothing to worry about, it's always advisable to sleep in an sports bra no matter how far long you are in your recovery anyway, for the support. x

Re: Pain after no bra
You won't have hurt your implant at all lovely. Your body is just telling you that it still needs that support for a while longer. I'm not saying you'll always have to sleep with a bra on if that's not what you want to do babe, just to listen to your body and if its aching, it needs the support.
You are pretty big busted so you might want to think about keeping them supported anyway... Just a suggestion though. If you don't want to there's no set rule that says you have to, I personally choose to help keep them looking aesthetically good for as long as possible. But if you want to sleep braless, when your boobs are ready, you won't feel any pain at all hun. Xx

Wow, didn't even think about sleeping with bra on after they've healed. Guess it makes sense tho for the support although after a bit of jigginess in the bedroom does that then mean back on with the sports bra to sleep?!
