Too much choice! Bra's for running
I am completely torn as to which bra to get for when I start treadmill running again. Previously I just had some cheapo crop top, as there was nowt to hold down, but definately need to invest in something good for when I start up again.
I've narrowed it down to 2 - Triumph Triaction Extreme (championed by Cookie), and the Shockabsorber Run. The SaR looks like it would hold more down, but that could just be because its bigger looking. But on the downside, it looks *very* fiddly to put on. The TTE is more a simple bra shape, but I cant convince myself that it'll hold everything down (looking at 34/36C/D). Maybe the TTE with a Nike high impact crop top style on top?
I also want it for sleeping in. I've been wearing Lonsdale sports bras, which are comfy and supportive for the day, but i dont think theyre the best for night side boob (I was in the M&S zip up, but my body is too long for it and it was just digging in and rubbing my scars).
Any and all help and advice is welcome to prevent jiggle

Re: Too much choice! Bra's for running
There was a tabloid survey done not so long ago trying out sportsbras and the Triaction came out tops overall. So this according to the survey is the most supportive of all. Xx

I have just bought the shock absorber active (it's pink&purple) I tried the run one but this felt more supportive, I wanted the triumph but no where had it near me.
I am very happy with my choice as today was my 1 st day back at the gym and felt very supported x

I wear the shock absorber actives level 4 and they really hold them down. ! I have them in pink, purple, blue and red. (all separate colours not a multicoloured bra!)
