My personal preference is the Triumph Triaction Extreme, with a Nike high impact croptop over the top. Its the only combination Ive tried so far that I feel 'safe' in. This and the Shock Absorber Run (leve 4 highest impact) seem to be the firm favourites on here

I agree with Bizzy above, Cookie mentioned that it came out top in a poll so that must be a good sign lol! I have had my eye on them also but the shock absorbers also have good reviews :) xx

I have the panache one mentioned above. It has 2 separate cups and no side bands...haven't tried running in it yet though as i have to wait for the 3 month mark. It fits fab and feels really comfy but does give you a Madonna type conical shape!

Jenidj, Morning boob is the feeling when you go from lying to sitting, and all the blood rushes back into your boobs. Its a sore, heavy feeling, but only lasts a minute or so, for maybe a week or two. Nothing to worry about :)

I use a triumph extreme for all my exercise - it's brilliant, nothing is going to move!
