Yeah it's definatly about the look rather than size hun x don't think about cup size, it will drive you mad! Focus on the look you are after x

Hey ive just seen your profile pics girls, as on my phone they didnt load earlier. Cookie your right about yours, looks like great cleavage and in the other conpletly natural slope.

Can I have a look at your pics lisa? What made you choose anatomical rather than round?

Anatomical was my surgeons recommendation. I actually went into the consultation with the surgeon I chose thinking I wanted rounds, around 400cc over the muscle. And came away going for anatomical 325cc unders. The reason being, my boobs were very saggy, and the anatomical implant would fill my lower pole better than a round implant, therefore I would avoid a lift this time around. I'm not saying rounds don't give a natural shape, because they do, but in my case, they wernt right for my body x

Hey. Good luck with your consultation. I know of someone who had Mr Adamo and she has a lovely natural result. I had partials and looking at the pictures I took while trying out the implants before the surgery they now at 6wks in look no smaller then from that appt, if anything they look bigger! xx

Thanks RayRay, Your pic is pretty much how id like mine to look. What size did that take you to? i just want that upper fullness without the 'victoria beckham' look lol.
Ive never been bigger than a b/c cup so pretty scary thinking about choosing a implant size..but im sure Mr Adamo will tell me whats best for me

My babies did a good job of draining everything...

I'm currently wearing a 32f -30g. :)
It is a scary thought, I was petrified too and I'm still adjusting to the new me. I asked to look like about a D but I really wanted was to look the best I could and in proportion which I suppose is the whole point of the BA.
I had breast fed 2 boys which completely ruined me, lol. x

Hi i was just reading youre post to our other newbie,concerning sizes and projection, could i possible see youre pics as ive been told i can go from a 36c to a d or dd id like to compare how i could possible look like post op, im booked in at hg dolan park with dr suliman 4th aug, very nervous that what shape and size that ive asked for is interpretted acurately to my ps, how do you know if theyve fully understood youre vision..x
