LOL there's no need to buy lots of bras lovely.
I think even for those buying front fasteners such as a Macom, buying a back fastener is wise too due to the amount of swelling you have. With the Macom or other front fasteners the band will only stretch so far, so if you have a lot of swelling it just makes it unwearable, but with a back fastener you have the option to use extenders and saving yourself a ton of money that's not really necessary. Xx
