Re: Pure implants
Hey Doughty,
Hold tight hun - maybe its somewhat good news that you have a uniform decision from different consultations ..
it could be a lot confusing if different decisions where given.
I know it will probably set you back in making your decision - that's fine ..
I had the same issue to - again the ladies all come on board..
I am pre BA still - i have another consultation with my surgeon next fri - but i am gearing towards the furries also due to the low cc rate ..
All the best of luck and i wish you all the best in making the right decision for you!!

Re: Pure implants
Like lil said, its great that you've had the same advice from the surgeons you have seen because it makes it straight forward... its not easy to accept the lift but it really is worth it for the results you are after..
As for size, when you've chosen a surgeon you can look into depth on sizes because its all about focusing on the look :) good luck and keep updating us! x

Re: Pure implants
I had a lift with my furrys and I am over the moon with my results. If the surgeons think you need a lift I would have one cos if you dont they are likely to sag really quickly and then you will end up with a second surgery and have the lift anyway! The scars heal really well (at least mine have) and I needed a MAJOR lift... 14 months post op and they are perky and perfect!!

Re: Pure implants
Hi girls I appreciate ur help, I'm coming round to the idea of a lift...eventually....now just trying to work out dates and best surgeon. What's recovery like on a lift, how long until I can go back to work and take kids to school? X
Also if any of you lovely ladies who hv had a lift would be happy to share their pics so I can get an idea of scars I would really appreciate it x

Re: Pure implants
The recovery of the life again will depend on the individual, some ladies will feel better than others... it isn't recommended to have a longer amount of time off than having just a BA...
Your looking at 2 weeks to go back to work,,, maybe 10 days if you work in a office type job... and if your talking about driving, then again around the two week mark because its difficult to do things such as putting the car in 5th or looking behind you for traffic, let alone the bumps hurting your boobs! x

Re: Pure implants
Hiya
I'm 9 days post op with pure implants with the same surgeon as 5stonedown. I would totally recommend a lift, yes the recovery time is longer but the results in the long run are so much better.
On day 9 I'm starting to feel better. I can do little things like put my little boys coat on but no lifting or bending down really. I struggle to open my stiff front door! What sort of lift have they advised you to have? I wouldn't say I would be ready to go back to work yet.. I go back on Wednesday and I'm hoping I will be better by then. Any questions you have ask away!
A lift is so different to a normal ba but I have the boobs of an 18 year old now!!

Re: Pure implants
Great tx for all the info, just working it all out...so hard with work and children and fitting all the appointments in. Hoping for 3rd of jan at the mo which is a Friday then going back to work 10 days later but seems like I won't b able to drive by then. I'm scared of the pain on nipples, scars seem so intense... How bad is it pain wise compared to a ba? X

Re: Pure implants
You may be ok 10 days post op, it depends on your placement and your recovery though. I had to have unders in the end as I lost so much weight worrying about the op. The only pain I can feel is under my chest from the implant. I can't feel any of my boobs other than the tops a bit. They took my dressings off today and it was numb so I wouldn't say the scars or incisions are painful at all until the feeling comes back. I don't know what the pain is like compared to a normal ba but it's a more evasive procedure so that's why the recovery is normally longer x
