Definitely don't worry. There's so many changes to happen yet and wait til your allowed in wires you will be very happy, especially with a 460 implant, I'm sure you will be very happy. I did wonder if I should have gone bigger, until I was I given the all clear for wires and now I'm so glad I didn't xx
