I know body moisturisers are a no-go. Does this go for face as well? Or skincare in general? I'm massively particular about my skincare but obvs if it's a no-go on op day i'll avoid. Just something that slipped my mind to ask when i went for my pre op x

I cleansed my face in hibiscrub then moisturised the day of my op. Because it mainly soaks into the skin I think it's fine. Although calling your clinic and asking may put your mind at ease :) xx

As long as it's not heavily perfumed you can moisturise your face in the morning.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i don't use anything with fragrance in it so i'll go for it. My face'll be greatful for it at least. Was hoping being able to do my usual skincare would help it seem like a normal-ish day & calm the nerves a bit x

Haha I know lol but its a fair enough concern. A dry face on top of everything else, I mean a lill face cream isn't too much to ask is it ?! ; ) xx

Haha [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] i'd need to add acid toner, face spritz, eye cream & serum to that list to be properly happy! But if i have to settle for just face cream for a day i will x

I don't think your allowed to wear any make up lol but perhaps get your lashes tinted if you want abit of colour without makeup on the day. Mines so early in the morning, I'm expecting to look like rubbish lol but as long as I can at least cream I'll be fine xx
