Weird questions

Hi ladies xx
It's been a while since I did a post but I'm always thinkin that I have too much upper poke fullness.
I've had a re-op and my ps lowered both my implants but I still feel I have too much and also as soon as I wear a wired bra which I avoid now my nipples seem to drop and the upper fullness is way too much again.
I hate it and I'm just want to know what to so for the best.
However I then thought that I seems to not have much space from my collar bone to my nipple and I'm very high waisted so I'm thinking my 460's look bigger and higher on a shorter body if you get me!?!!
I was wondering how many cms you all are from your collar none to your nipple... Sorry for asking you to measure but I'm 17.5cm and was thinking maybe this is small??
If even debating getting a second opinion with a different company at the min... :(((( xxx

I'm thinking that maybe I should have gone for a smaller implant or maybe my skin is stretching more than the average bod?
My ps said he couldn't really pull my implants down much more coz if he did my nipple would point up too much?? Xx

You need to go back and fight it out with him if your not happy. Maybe a 2nd opinion would be beneficial for that. I'm wondering if he didn't make your crease low enough? I don't know just a wild guess! I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be able to comment soon. xx

I know when I had 460s I felt the exact same as yourself hun. They were were always 'up there' and were wide on my frame too. After the initial excitement of having boobs wore off I began to resent the boob attention I got and it was only then I started to analyse why and it was then I knew the implants were far too big for my frame. I really hated them and the very unwanted attention they brought and like yourself I would do all I could to disguise them instead of enjoy them in the end. Although I have a more natural look with the 410s and that upper pole fullness looks better and quite natural now, I'm still very aware of of big they look in wired bras and unless I'm in the mood for boobage I tend to keep them in the Belvia comfort bras which I love or a support bra.

At 10 weeks post-op though hun it could well be that they just haven't settled yet and they very much need time to drop. For many with a re-op they do feel they heal quicker the second time around but that's only on the outside. On the inside you still just as before continue to heal.

In saying all that if you feel the implant is too big and this is the problem then I'd personally make an appointment to discuss this with your surgeon. Whether anything will come of the discussion I don't know and I wouldn't want to put your hopes up lovely because at the end of the day you will have agreed to the size chosen and unless its causing a 'complication' rather than an 'aesthetic' problem I very much doubt they would be willing to change the implant size. But who am I to say they won't!!!... Its ALWAYS worth a try and getting it in writing in your notes.

Did you have as much upper pole fullness before the re-op? Did you change your implant size? Xx

I had a stupid amount of upper pole fullness before my re-op, it's not as bad now and I wear a strap a lot to force it down if you get me.
When I've just taken the strap off they look ok coz the implant has been forced into a more anatomical position?!?
I thought I wouldn't drop this time as I only had a re-op not a change of implant?
I feel that the shape of them is not teardrop and maybe they are just in need of the silicone dropping to the bottom??
Thinking bout it just before my re-op I felt slightly more happy with them so maybe they are just taking their time??
I'm not bothered about fluffing I don't need them any bigger but I feel if I wear wires they are pushed up.
You think maybe I've not dropped properly ye!!! Xxx

I'm 5ft 7 Hun and mine are 20cms, but I think they look to low! I'm not sure if there is an 'normal' place for nipples, I think everyone is different! It's still not long since your revision Hun, I'm sure they wouldn't have settled properly yet! X

Rounds Lisa, so in theory I suppose they could not have dropped into a more teardrop shape yet?? :((

At 10 weeks post-op to lower the implants lovely its VERY possible they haven't dropped yet K. You're VERY early in your recovery hun. Keep the strap on, give it some time and see how things go. Xx

Lool kxx you defo do not look like a pea on stilts!! I think your results are really great so maybe if your not happy give it a bit of time still to see what happens, like lisa said the pictures every week do show the changes but yer, i think you look great! :) x

It's been know in our house for my fella to try and wear my jeans cos we have the same length leg, he's 6ft2 :)
He only had issues when it got to he waist!! :))) xx
