I know!!! I have had tons of sleep now. I slept on soda last night, great nights sleep and been dozing this morn on bed! Bliss!!!! Don't worry your body will need sleep, it will happen but just don't worry about that 1st night as that is when I struggled but now I'm lovin the sleep!!!

Re: July Buddies.
I have updated my diary but just wanted to let you know that I am on the other side! Feeling ok at the mo, just a bit tired. Was in there longer than planned as both implants had ruptured! Waiting for my tea now but still feeling a little sicky - that could be due to the big bag of cheeselets I jave just eaten though! Lol

Hi everyone, ive been on holiday and had no internet.
Hope your all well, boobies are doing fine apart from a small complication! Ive got mondors cords under both incisions which go all the way down my front and are pretty painful when touched or when i stretch.
How fast has July gone!!!! I hope all you new boob ladies are feeling ok x x x

Re: July Buddies.
Hi Specialkj. My back is really sore... Not sure if the sports bra is tight and the bandage around the bra? Hubby says it doesn't feel too tight! I regularly get back ache though so not being able to sleep on my side and front probably isn't helping the situation!
Not introduced myself on the newbie bit yet... Only just registered this evening. Using it on my mobile too which is a bit if a pain so will have a look around on the laptop tomorrow.
Looking forward to sharing stories and getting to know people. Have you seen yours yet? I haven't but am dying to!

Re: July Buddies.
I am with u on the back thing, my lower back really was suffering first night, but weirdly my surgeon said sleep how I like!!! I am trying to stay upright but have been twisting slightly to take pressure off back. I found putting pillow under knees helps too. Have u got a v pillow as that is v good for sleeping upright too.
U will love having a proper nose around here tomo, u can get so much information, it's mental!!!!
I have seen mine and they look like tOrpedoes!!! Quite pointy, shiny and tight but still in love!
Look forward to getting to know u a bit more on here! Xxx

Brilliant! Just take it easy though xx
They are inflamed blood vessels and are pretty painful yes. They go away on their own though.
Had a wonderful time away, even went in the sea which was cold but helped with the swelling

Re: July Buddies.
Welcome Charlie! I had my surgery at Abbey Pines yesterday!
Sorry to hear of your mondors cord Max but good to hear that you had a nice holiday!! And nice to see you back, was wondering where you had got to!
Had a full view of mine today, dressings off an everything! So far I am very impressed with my incisions and size looking ok (a bit smaller than I expected but I know I need to be patient!). Waiting for my brekkie now then the dreaded journey home!
Tashanna, good luck for today!! Look forwards to hearing from you!
Princessjo, how are you feeling? Tomorrow is boobie day!! Are you all set? Excited??

Re: July Buddies.
I'm new to all this... What is morning boob... i keep seeing it mentioned? I've had a nap today but feel like I have indigestion.... Feel a bit sick and like I can't breathe very well. Is indigestion a possibility? Not had it since I was pregnant with my son around 9 years ago. If I do have indigestion am I ok to take something? If so recommendations? TMI not been to the loo since Saturday (my surgery was Sunday) going to get my husband to get me something on his way home from work. Any suggestions? Sorry for all the questions. Has anyone else been told to keep the band on over their sports bra? I haven't taken mine off but it feels so tight. Need to get a pic up of me on my profile! Hope all July girlies are well!? xx

Re: July Buddies.
Hi Charlie, im a bit rubbish explaining things but if you search "morning boob" (top right corner of the screen) you will get a better explanation... But for me it feels like a heavy, dull ache in my boobs and down one side as soon as you wake up... but honestly it goes almost as soon as you know its there!
Senekot worked brilliantly for me as, i just did what it said on the pack and eventually it came lol but the tablets i was given blocked me up, so as soon as i was off them the better for me.
If you have been given a band it is best to check with the clinic/surgeon how long you are meant to keep it on for as everyone is told different
Lastly i have no idea about indigestion chick im really sorry xx

Re: July Buddies.
Thanks Cheekychickan. I'm sure the nurse said to keep it on until my check up next week but will check with my hubby when he gets in and if he doesn't remember I will give them a ring. Will also get him to get me some senekot- seen it mentioned before. May also get him to check with the pharmacy if I can take something for indigestion or not! Will also search morning boob! Thanks!
Lastly where do I go to upload a pic of myself? xx

Re: July Buddies.
I was reading ur posts at cinema and desperate to reply!!!
Reckon ur indigestion is related to not going to the loo Charlie, make sure u drink loads of water until u get ur stuff. U will feel loads better once u been to loo!!!!!
Charlie u will get good response with any questions u have in the main section so might be worth mentioning the indigestion thing as likely someone else experienced same thing!!!!!
Princessjo tomo!!! And then us July buddies are all boobified! I still can't believe I have got boobs!!!!
