Re: July Buddies.
Had my 2 week check-up today ladies and had the most amazing bath when I got home!
All of my dressings are off now, it feels pretty weird that my incisions are just "loose"! I think I may have to start wearing my shock absorber during the day as my macom doesn't feel tight enough to support these bad boys any more! I have updated my picturetrail with pictures! Feeling very happy with my scars at the moment!
I am back to work tomorrow! Enjoyed my time off though!
How is everyone else doing?

Re: July Buddies.
Loving ur new avi princessjo, they keep getting bigger!!!
Time is flying! Glad ur 2 week check went well pr1ncessmummy, and u had a lovely bath. I'm not seeing my surgeon until 27th August now so just gotta keep going. I've just got the tape on my incisions so gotta keep that on til I see him.
I still have pain but it's just niggly pain so v bearable. Husband back to work so had lazy day yesterday but gotta get out with my 2 boys as they are currently trashing my bedroom!!! Feeling tired but think its due to early starts with boys...5.30am is not unheard of!!!
Anyway how is everyone doing? How's ur work princessjo, are the men less annoying asking about your boobs? How's it going at ur work pr1ncessmunmy?
Toast- I love ur new bra, and so glad u happy with ur size.

Re: July Buddies.
Wow pr1ncessjo, that avi is FAB!!
Glad to hear that your pain is bearable specialkj and that you are getting out today! Where are you planning on going?
Work is ok, didn't realise how much I use my arms though so my boobies are already feeling a bit tender I am only here til 1pm though so I am planning a relaxing afternoon! Probably with some painkillers!
The nurse gave me some steri-strips to put on my incisions if I felt that I needed them for a few more days but I have left them off for today. If they start causing any issues I will put them back on though!
In my shock absorber today and it's not as comfy as my Macom!

Re: July Buddies.
Hi Ladies glad to hear everyone is doing so well and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE all your new avi's!!!
Life is all back to normal for me, boobs are getting softer by the day and i can now sleep on my side again whoop! Every day the sore/tender/friction feeling is getting less, i look forward to the morning i wake up forgetting they are there at the moment but on that note morning boob is no more
Cannot wait to get this support bra off though - although i have a sneaky feeling i will miss it once i'm given the go ahead to wear pretty things lol so it shall be staying for work and sleep!
xx

Re: July Buddies.
Hey cheekychickan, it must be weird returning to normal life with the new additions. I've got no work for the whole summer hols but do think sitting at my desk would be much easier than looking after two young v energetic boys!
We went to the park yesterday and met my friend who is pregnant and shouldn't be lifting either, I had first 45 mins without her and found myself getting quite vocal to compensate for my lack of physical control, my 2 year old isn't great at following instructions. Took me about 15mins today to coerce him into the car seat.
I am worried I may be doing too much but not causing myself any extra pain.
Is everyone still v pillowing? Can't imagine not having now!!! Oh and the electric toothbrush is a life changer! My dentist is going to be amazed!
What I am finding good but also weird is that I don't feel paranoid that I loOk like I've had a boob job. Seen various ppl and don't feel in any way awkward with ppl that dont know. I kinda wish I hadn't told many ppl, but then again once I've had a few drinks I'm bound to start talking about them and my experience.
I'm meeting a mate on Friday who wants a BA too, so looking forward to telling her all about it. Be nice to go out and have a few vinos too. Then got a wedding Saturday, my dress is very covered up top so no boob to be seen really.
Anyway sorry to go on!!! Glad everyone doing well and sounds like we all having really good recoverys. Long may it last!! Xxx
