Help with bra support
Hi girls.
I've got myself in a pickle with my sports bra. I put a bra extender on and now I can't get the right support. I tried tightening straps and different hooks but that didn't work, then I switched bras to a smaller cup size and that has helped a little but when i sit down the support goes, why is this? I don't know what else I can do. Do you think it's because the bra extender has now made the band too big? I can't seem to find a happy medium. I get the best support without the extender but it's tight on my dressings and makes me itch. Should I just ditch the extender? Who knew a bra could cause so much confusion! x

Re: Help with bra support
Aw hun at 6 days post op I think it's very hard to get any bra to feel comfortable. I'd say get the band as supportive as you can while still remaining in as much comfort as you can. I'd stick with the extender for now otherwise you will be in agony. Swelling is awful around ribs so you don't want it too tight.

Thanks misf1. You're right it's hard to get comfy in any bra at the mo. Sometimes it's ok but when the swelling flares up I need the extra room. I'll stick with the extender. x

Re: Help with bra support
What have you got on in your pic hun it doesnt look like its supporting your boobs it might be the shadows but looks like theres still room in the cup i would go up down a cup size and use bra extender? See if that works or get the macom bra its just the band size and stretches to fit any cup size. Good luck theres nothing worse than not being comfortable after the op xx
