XHP Anatomicals.
Do any of you ladies have any experience of these? To reach my goal size I would need to have 375 XHP or I could settle for being a bit smaller by getting 335 HP. I want a natural look so I'm worried that the XHP's will be too obvious but don't want to end up too small? Could any ladies who have these or have any opinions chime in?

Ohh do you! From what I can see from your avi you do have a really nice natural result . I see you have unders though, I would be getting overs. This is stressful!! Thanks for replying lovely x

We have the same surgeon in Ben! If I had the option of the two sizes but with the same profile, me personally, I would go for the larger because I think with them being anatomicals you should look pretty natural either way! I guess it all depends what size you want. It's the profile that's throwing me xx

I have 450 fx, which is extra high profile, also partials. I had unders as I've had the top of each breast tissue removed and felt this would be the best options for me, although I was also offered overs by a different surgeon. If you have overs they are still covered by your breast tissueThe profile is how far it sticks out from your chest. Have a look at the product catalog online for measurements of implant choice xx

Well the surgeon says I have enough tissue for overs but may get a bulge at the top where the implant begins if I go for the xhps. But there's only 0.9 cm difference between the hps and the xhps so would it really be that different? xx

I can't honestly say. It's something you're going to have to discuss more depth with your surgeon. When making the decision it may be worth bearing in mind your weight stability and if it fluctuates much. I have unintentionally lost a stone since my op. Although this has made rippling more apparent, the top of the implant is fine. That is the area of my books that feel most natural xx
