Whats the best post op bras
for support and confort i am seeing a lot iof the tri action sports bras in the avatars and wondered if they were good for support and comfort alsio? Any other suggestions Thankyou xx

The Triumph Triaction Extreme was actually voted in a survey to be the best support bra of all support bras.
I bought one myself for my last recovery and its fab. Has cushioned straps and band too for extra comfort. A very good bra that I'd very much recommend. X

I love the triumph too. Keeps them nice and still and you wouldnt know you had a bra on :)

I love my Macom and its great in that you only need to know your back size as the cups stretch to fit all sizes. I used this first until I knew what bra size I was, then got a shockabsorber and now alternate between the two but prefer the Macom for comfort.

Mine was my macom, and then the shock absorber! I've heard really good things about the triumph tri action extreme xx

I have the Triumph and love it but make sure you get your bra extenders for your swelling too hun =] x
