post op bras......
Hi girls,
After reading Cookies post regarding the ice pack bras (which looks great)
I wondered what makes a good post op bra.??
There are solo many different types out there...I'm starting to wonder what I should buy.
For example
Do I buy
2x cooling bra and then a Macon for after the swelling.
Z bra for the rest of the time.....lol??
I work in London, so have a hour and half journey into work..can get busy.

The bra I showed is an amazing bra babe and if you have money to throw away I'd be buying one for sure!!! but you really don't have to go to such expense.... one Macoms should be fine and you'll want to buy a sports bra that you can wear with anything - I'd recommend the Triaction extreme, voted best all round sportsbra. It has a low front so although giving maximum support also allows for wearing with regular tops and dresses. Then a bra extender for any swelling you might have, saving you having to go out and buying more bras. Then just buy a couple of icepacks. I believe Wilkinsons sells them for a couple of pound each.
2 bras is more than enough hun. Like I said if you have money to throw away then get all you want, but the bras I mentioned are if the best you can get any more really aren't necessary babe, but its up to you which you'd like to buy.
The cooling bra is pretty fab I will admit lol. Xx
