Picture trail etiquette - Please read!

Id just like to say that picturetrail in my opinion is used to help other women see the transformation post BA and get an idea of what to expect post op and down the line of recovery. As well as seeing potential size similarities or shape of implant.

Now were ALL here because we dislike/d our pre BA boobs i assume? So this area of the body i can assume most of us felt/feel insecure about?! Well just to remind you picture trail shares sensitive and private photos of real people not just avatars and screen names of a sensitive area. So if you ask to view somebodys trail - have the deccency and politeness to acknowledge youve been perving and say thankyou at least for that person letting you view their private pictures. Because i think its rude insensitive & unacceptable if you dont.

Aww K Hun x I don't think cazzy means the odd person that forgets to pm back, I think she's talking about repeat offenders, or maybe the way some people are asking for a peek at a pic trail, or even the ones that just seem to pm everyone on bjsf asking to look at pics! X

Espically someone like me who is Pre ba, its so nice when one of you ladies are willing to share your picture trail to help us out.
Personally i havn't asked anyone yet but two ladies on here have asked if i want to see as im looking at the same surgeon and its such a personal thing so its really nice of you when you are willing to share.

I do mean people that ask for your details, recieve them, log into your ptivate pictures and then not bother to say thankyou for sharing or reply back.. Xox

I personally feel its not just OK to say thank you, but you're asking to see because you want to know what they look like and I personally think for anyone showing piccie a, not only are they showing to HELP others, but also to get a little feedback for themselves too, so don't just say - thank you. Tell the person who has been so kind to share pictures with you of such a sensitive nature what you thought of their pics.

For those that peek and run - shame on you.

When you are in a position to share your pictures, I just hope you don't get the same back because from my own perspective from not getting replies after showing, it leaves you feeling like there's something wrong with my boobs that you'd just rather not comment at all - well from my own perspective, I'd rather know, good or bad what you though of my pics seeing as I was so kind to share them with you.

A little respect goes a long way girls.

And if anyone has ny problems with anyone on the forum feel free to PM me and I'll look into it ladies X

As pre ba pic trails really help me understand all of the changes and get me prepared for what's to come and the sizes are so useful to see to give an idea of how big mine will be.

I would never ask for someone's details and not bother to respond once I had seen the pics and hope when I share mine that people will follow your etiquette, as you say they are very personal xx

Oh gosh - sorry Cazzy. I have only seen a few & felt each time compelled to congratulate and comment. I hope I didn't forget to thank anyone.

I do have to say, and this is the devil's advocate in me, that when I looked at the pic trails that a few of you were kind enough to share - it sent me off thinking all about myself. Not the person's boobs I had just seen, but in comparison to mine etc etc. Is it possible that instead of perving, that the ones you have not heard from just got side-tracked thinking about themselves, their upcoming surgery or their present experience?

That bits important. I know some will find it hard to tell people if they see something wrong, but mostly we already know ourselves so don't be afraid to bring it up if you see something not quite right, personally i value the honesty :flowers: x

This happened to me on here ages ago and that's why I don't share photos anymore xx

I was really upset and hurt, I never got a thank you or acknowledgement or another PM from that girl and I'd gone out of my way to help talking about my experience x I allowed them to look at my photos, which I am really sensitive about as it is as I had such a bodge job done by Khan and that was how I was treated x

This is a good reminder for girls to respect each other and treat each other as you want to be treated yourself xx

Kay thats awful and makes it worse when youve had problems too. I will be careful who i share mine with now. I really dont mind sharing if people genuinely are interested or it will help them.

Completely agree and strangely I joined as a newbie and posted yesterday and a fab lady guard 27 allowed me access to her pic trail even tho I'm new.

Unfortunately because I'm new it won't let me pm this lady also the thread is locked what should I do. I'd hate for her to think I'd done that. X

Ladies you made some very valid points on here and I agree 100% with each and every single one if you. If a person is nice enough to share such personal pictures then the least you can do is thank and comment. After all it is a support forum as someone already pointed and that in my book means a mutual support not just from the person sharing the pics so that the voyeour can imagine what theirs would look like or compare but also for the latter to give feedback, congratulations or reassurance.
I hope I have done this with every lady who's pics I've seen if not I truly apologise and wouldn't hold it against them if they named and shamed me. I surely tried and made sure I either PMd or wrote on their thread xx

I think it can defo be like boodreams says, you may have a little look then get sidetracked by thoughts of your own boobies and forget to comment back, I know this is something I would probably do, not thinking, so perhaps the lady/ladies that have done this could have just got sidetracked? xxx
