leftie movement
Hi girls,
I feel like im always on here worrying about something (im not usually a worrier) but since my swelling has gone down today I can feel a lot of swooshing and movement in my left boobie, like the implant is moving around, esp when I bend over. Ive had none of this feeling in my right.
Have any of you had anything similar?
since B/A I have been in low impact crop tops and just support vest tops (at surgeons advice)
Thanks girlies.. again x

Re: leftie movement
May be a bit of trapped air or fluid in your pocket babe, this is quite common so dont worry =] not painful or anything is it? X
Re: leftie movement
ahhh it sounds silly but I get horrendeous farting noises and grumbling coming from what seems like my top left ribs... so loud that my husband questions where they are coming from...
so yes maybe
Fingers crossed that's is.. thank you. I was worried that maybe the implant isn't 'stinking' and would flip (anatomicals)
nope no pain
x

Re: leftie movement
kfs - we have almost the same/ I have 290 anatomical:)
I haven't got any movement whatsoever - which I hope will change as I want some softening and dropping to happen!
We do all heal differently. As Balamory says - the noisy boobs are commonly mentioned and it's totally normal to have air/ fluid sorting itself out for a while.
I couldn't bend down at 10 days for the booby-rush I'd get - so you go girl

Re: leftie movement
Haha no hun booby burps are commom place they will be adhering to your pockets lovely don't worry and the risk of the implant rotating is as small as the risk of CC =] x
Re: leftie movement
They are all normal Hun xx I didn't have any sloshing but I had kind of tummy grumble noises. It's just air and fluid and should stop soon xx

Re: leftie movement
What bra are you wearing babe?
Is it a good supportive one? Sometimes women can feel the implant moving around inside the breast but its just because the implant has yet to adhere to the breast pocket. The best thing you can do to help it is to ensure you're in a good quality high impact sports bra. The least movement of the breast, the better for your boob. Right now it needs stability lovely to help enable it adhere, but its very early days for you right now hun and you have plenty of time for this t o happen. Xx

Re: leftie movement
This is what I though cookie, but I am simply in standard crop tops, no support or b/a bras/sports bras. Surgeon put no emphasis on wearing anything, literally said basically something that covers your nips, no need for external support, so happy for me to be braless.(have seen he has given similar advise to others)
Just wonders how they can adhere properly if there is slight movement...? x

Re: leftie movement
Maybe email your surgeon hun explaining the sensation and see if he'd prefer to advise some stability for your boob? X
Re: leftie movement
I will do, however I did email about my pigment change but had no reply... I am due to see him on Wednesday, do you think this is leaving it too long? x

Re: leftie movement
kfs - I would be interested to hear what your ps response is if you asked him would wearing high impact be detrimental to your healing? If he says no - I'd say get into something as cookie was suggesting (only with your ps consent of course).
I was totally unhappy until day 10 & I went to buy a sports bra after my dressings came off. The post-op bra didn't fit me on the band, so I had no support. The moment I got a properly fitting sports bra, I was a new woman!
