sore leftie

hi ya girls, i dont wana whinge or be a hypacondriact (cant spell sorry)

but my leftie is so sore yesterday and today, like tender.
the night before last i slept without a bra. just a tshirt and bottoms, i sleep on my side a lot , but alternate, when im turning over i am very aware of my boobs, ie they feel heavy. when i laid on my left side my boob felt like it was falling to the side a lot, i also sleep on my frnt a bit, not for too long.

but yesterday everytime i lent forward and got back up i felt bit of pain. by end of evening it was really sore to touch. especially the outer side and top.

i wore a sports bra last night, but it still feels sore. i am also due my period next week or week after. any body had this? i know we all get aches sometimes, but i really havent felt like this at all. rightie is fine?!

its still sore, anything to worry about? was going to exercise...stepper or power plare, dont think i should now..?

I can sometimes get sore boobs when I'm due my period so could be that. Not as far on as you though.

hmm, thats what i thought, bt its just one? like really tender, sometimes if i get up too quick i have to hold it? probably nothing. OH says if it persists to go doctors, but hes just being over cautious, thats why i said i ll get advice first on here . x
