Re: Found it hard
None of us can say for sure hun... It all depends on your own body's healing time, but if you're finding things difficult at work right now I'd personally see your GP about writing you a note for say a 2 week period to sign you off heavy duties hun. Your GP can just write that you had general surgery on the note so no need to worry about revealing your BA it can all be done very discreet.
The aching is a warning from your body that you're doing too much hun, but I don't think I need to tell you that, so you need to sort things out so you're not doing too much right now to give your boobs that bit more healing time.
Also... Are you wearing a good quality high impact sportsbra for work? Xx

I think ur right cookie im going to see how i am tomoz and then if i feel the same or worse il make a gp appointment for friday to get a note for no heavy duties. I was worrying all day that someone was gunna ask me to do something to do with heavy lifting but they didnt so was thankful as nobody knows as i do not want to be the gossip of all the doctors and nurses.
Yep cookie im wearing my m&s high impact sports bra but one thing im really confused about is that in the sports bra i still need my bra extender but on the tighest setting but in the wired bras my surgeon has asked me to wear im in my normal 34 band. Strange!! xxx

Very strange!
I think it may be worth be fitted for a sportsbra without an extender hun. One that properly fits in band and cup and is giving your boobs the full support they're needing right now hun.. This would probably be the best thing for you to do right now. Xx
