Backache tips anyone?
My backache is almost as painful as my pups! I'm constantly wiggling & doin mini stretches (like fairy-sized!) - and am getting little cranks of release now and again- but please give me any tips if you have any post-op gals!
I got my kids to sit behind me yesterday and slowly walk up and down my back with their feet- was divine!
Why don't massage table have boobie-holes?? Arrrrrrgghh -help! I'm still sleeping propped to some degree (not sitting so much as comfy-slumped on my back) - pillow under my bum is helping to relieve some back compression- but it's still not cool;) Funny thing is that I don't think I want to lay flat yet, prob over the next week or so- getting upright again is alot of effort from where I already am!

i use a hot water bottle in the small of my back, also works as a bit of extra support to that area too x

Yikes newboobz- look at your cute avi?! Congratulations! I get my dressings off tomorrow so hope to be putting up a new pic!
Will try bottle. It's not actually my lower back - more like mid-thoracic curve. I'm able to stretch out my lower quite well- it's fear of causing damage that's preventing me from stretching out any higher up.
Will give it a whirl now;)

Tink - the pillow under my bum is kind of under my knees too, and that's been super helpful. I tried a towel but maybe just need it to be higher up to push that area of the spine.
I'm probably just feeling the lack of yoga.. I usually practice 3 times a week.. how I'm going to handle nothing for 6 weeks I don't know
