HELP! boobs are on fire!
My boobs feel like they are on fire. It started about a week ago and I just kept thinking, its ok its just the nerve endings healing.
A week on, and I feel like I have really bad sunburn, Im not hot or anything, no bruising, no redness. I am seeing my PS tomorrow but wondered if anyone else has had it and if you found any relief?I have read on line its normal and can last weeks but I cant put up with this much longer! :O( xx

Re: HELP! boobs are on fire!
Today was my first day back at work and I have had exactly the same things bit itchy and stingy. Like you said feels a bit like sunburn and my skin is a bit sensitive to touch. I thought it was my new sports bra I started wearing today or maybe an allergic reaction to being back at work!!
But I am glad to hear its neither and I will just have to put up with it for the next week or so!
xx

It's very normal to have the sun burn feeling, this will probably last while your skin is stretching and the nerves are healing, ice packs can help. Also a moisturiser with aloe vera in it or the aloe vera gel can help with a cooling effect for your boobs. Just make sure you don't use anything anywhere near your scars.
