Pain after running(Car on fire!!)
Hi girls
Advise needed please.Just got home from nipping to Sainsburys as we got out of our car in the drive I saw huge plume of smoke about 50mts away so my son and I ran to see what happened to see a man who had pulled onto verge get out of his car and just as he was half way across road the whole car literally went up ! One very lucky man. It was instinct to run and now my 19 day post op boobs are in huge pain ! I did hold them as I ran but now the pain feels like when your milk comes in when you have just had a baby ! Hope I have nt done any damage. OMG I didnt even know I could run that fast lol !!.What do you think girls. Your advise would be appreciated. Lots of love x

I think you'll be fine hun but be prepared, your boobs may ache for a day or 2. Just be sure you keep them well supported and if need be just take some pain killers and maybe pop an ice pack on them till they feel better, if they're no better in a couple of days it might be best to give your clinic a call and just get checked out hun.
Lucky guy indeed whoever he was!!!! xx

That makes more sense! If it wasn't for the explosion they'd all be wondering who the woman holding her boobies is!
Glad everyone was ok!x
