Sainsburys sports bra
Well iv bought a couple of these and i find them really comfy and seem pretty well supported. Wondering if anyone else rated them. Its the one with the padded straps and it comes in white and a gorgeous purple colour. Only £8 as well :-)

I can't say I'm a fan of the 'super market' sports bras, they just don't have the support that you get from a 'high impact' sportsbra which is mostly what's advised for early post-op due the breasts needing stability. They're fine if you've been advised from your aurgeon that you need 'light support' or even for after recovery in my opinion, but for early post-op a good 'high impact' sportsbra is better babe. Xx

I agree with cookie. Unless you've been advised to wear a light support bra, then a high impact good quality one such as a Shock Absorber is the way to go x
