Re: Swelling
Has your surgeon been around to check on you? I wouldn't worry hun, but I would ask them about the swelling, maybe they can give you an ice pack
Re: Swelling
He saw me bout an hour after coming back to my room. I did call the nurse and she said they'd keep an eye on it just worried cos its in the last hour it's doubled in size could this be because I've been eating my lunch using my right hand? X

Re: Swelling
It could just be because that particular breast had more work done to it that the other. Each boob is a different operation. Don't be scared to ask if your surgeon can come and have a look hun. I am sure they can arrange this for you of give you a time when he will be there. Try not to worry though hun, you are in the best place you can be and they will take good care of you.
Re: Swelling
Very true! Righty was my smaller boob pre op so maybe more effort getting it in x

Re: Swelling
Congrats on your new boobs babe
You've been given excellent advise from misf1, the staff are aware of the swelling and will keep an eye on it for you lovely, if you have any pain or you see any bruising at all just let the staff know, you should have a buzzer by your bed to alert them if needed and don't be shy of using it babe if you're concerned about anything at all, its their job to ensure you're comfortable during your stay sweetness, so there's no need to sit worrying.
Big hugs
