Working out after your BA
I found this great website with advise for those wanting to return to their work out after their recovery period HERE
Do note though that here in the UK the advise is NO EXCERCISE for 6 weeks so unless you want to possibly compromise your aftercare take the advise from the '6 week' period.
Most US advise is for those having saline implants not silicone which have only been reintroduced in the last few years. X

im just doing some sit ups and cardio my surgeon has advised me now chest work as it will only make my muscles tighter therefore not help them drop which kinda makes sense xx
