i'm not sure tbh... with the big clinics than probably because they order the implants in bulk but smaller clinics, they may order them specially. It's best to check with your clinic although if you're worried about sizing go back for another sizing appt? x

Same places let you but to be honest If your unsure on size your best off booking another appt to try on implants to make your decision before the day. You don't want it to be a last minute decision that you could maybe regret later on. It will also make you feel better about the op xx

Cupcake, if you're overly concerned about sizing then it would probably be best to arrange a consultation with your surgeon 'before' your surgery date.

If you're having CUIs then it may be possible, but not Natrelles unless specifically ordered in for you.

I'd personally seek the opinion of your surgeon before your date though. The last thing you'd want hun is for you to see your surgeon and discuss wanting to change sizes and profiles to the extent your surgeon feels you may need to revise your whole surgery plan and it may be better to postpone, have a proper consultation, because it will only be a quick one on the day.

Sure, if you're having CUIs and you want to increase a few CCs and your surgeon were to agree he'd try and fit them for you on the day, that is possible. But from the questions you're asking lovely, you seem very unsure about your surgery plan and I think it would be best for you to actually make an appointment to spend some time going over your surgery plan again babe. I think if you are going with a big clinic they may hold other sizes in stock, but even then it's not guaranteed, so best to get in touch before the date so they can at least have the other size ready on the day.
If you're having a major re-think on size you should try to get another appointment with your surgeon before your surgery date to discuss it all. x

Hi Cupcake,

I was a bit unsure between two sizes so my PS has ordered both sizes and have agreed to let him make the ultimate decision. I am willing to lose a bit of volume if it gives a better shape though. As the other girls say it's better to discuss with your PS before the date. I found it really helpful to take some pictures along of the kind of 'look' I wanted size wise and try on the implants while I was there. It can get really confusing looking at pics of other people as ultimately we are all different. The PS is the expert and will offer advice what they feel is best for you. He also said there are limits as to what you can fit in etc like Cookie said. You will be nervous anyway thinking about the surgery you don't want that niggle in the back of your mind that you aren't quite happy with the decision you have made. Have another consultation, I had 4 in total, but felt so much better talking things through and confirming everything. It's a huge thing so you want all the knowledge to make an informed decision. Good luck! Your PS would rather you were sure of your decision too.

I agree with the other girls. I was tossing up between the 410cc and 460cc for a long while and my PS just said "you can always decide on the day" I think more to put my mind at ease than anything else.. as in, he didn't want me to think I was signing my life away there and then at the consultation and I could think about it further and let him know on the day.
There isn't a huge difference between the 410 and the 460 and I would have been happy with either I think. In the end I decided I didn't want to end up regretting not going bigger and having to go through the whole thing again in a couple of years - so I went with the 460. I decided before the op. If you are really that unsure about the plan in general, rather than (like me) you're just being a little bit indecisive, I definitely wouldn't reccommend relying on deciding on the day.
Hope that helps xxxx
