Re: May Buddies
Worried!!!! My boobs are getting all these twinges and shooting pains (not that painful) but I'm hoping it's just normal and it's not because I chopped up some peppers to make fajitas?! Xxl

Re: May Buddies
I can't believe it's been a week. It's flown in for me. I think I'm just enjoying having time off work as I've not taken anytime off the year yet :-)
I'm worried about going back next week though. I hope nobody notices!! Xx

Re: May Buddies
I've had a great sleep even sitting up! My bum hurt more than my boobs this morning!
I've managed to wash and dress and put some kind of hair do together! Still very little pain. New bra feels much better and bloating reducing. Had a courtesy call from the clinic too who were pleased with my progress.
Hope everyone else is well
Xxx

Re: May Buddies
That is great Greynare, glad you are having a great recovery!
I seen the nurse at Transform on day 3 and I asked do I have to sleep sitting up and she said I could sleep on my back if it felt comfortable so that's what I have been doing. The morning boob when I sit up first thing is horrible though. I could sleep sitting up I was in tears with pain in my lower back xx

Awww goodluck alipops x
Its amazing how quick it all happens, I still can't believe I have real boobs that don't fall on the floor when I take my bra off!!!
Enjoy x
It looks like all us May girls are having great recoveries. I'm 2 days po and I managed to watch my son at his footie match this morning. I am a bit worried that I'm gonna end up doing too much because I dont feel any pain unless I stretch x
How are you ladies finding the pain now??? X

I feeling ok still, i have a little Discomfort mainly around my ribs. However I've made a roast dinner today with no pain. I too am trying to be aware but its difficult when you don't feel bad! xx

I know its gone so quick! They are quite irrational though, lol. I can go from looking softer and balanced in size to them looking vascular and round and swollen. I've updated my picture trail yesterday if u want to peek.

Re: May Buddies
I personally wouldn't cope with that, it's a long drive. But as you say everyone is different. I've had a lot of discomfort on my ribs and and at the side of my breasts and I've tired easily...but then I'm getting on abit so that probably doesn't help! Are you able to cancel if you need to? Maybe just see how you feel but bare in mind you will be still very early post op so don't over do it lovely. xx

Re: May Buddies
See how you feel alipops everyone heals differently! I'm now 3 days PO and just followed my sister round morrisons instructing her what I need ha! No pain but felt very strange having a big swollen chest kept wanting to grab them to hold them in place even tho they don't move haha! I had overs and am very pleased with recovery up to now.
Good luck tomorrow, are you staying overnight or just day surgery? I had a dressing gown etc provided but still took my own :-)
