Re: May Buddies
Sorry girls was watching a movie with OH. Bumblebee don't worry about the GA. Just think about all the people that have been under this. It's very rare that things go wrong. I actually love Ben, he is just so 'real' and he has really put me at ease. I told him about all the great reviews I have seen about his surgeries and he was almost blushing and said thank you for the compliment. Aren't we so lucky to be in such good hands. Another thing that really put me at ease was when I was stressing about what size support bras to buy to put on straight after my op.. I said I had bought a 34E and he said don't worry about that it's my job to make sure they are sitting properly not the bras job. He seems to really know his stuff :-). Xxx

Re: May Buddies
Omg I can't believe you haven't packed, lol.
I'm taking easy on button up nightie, normal wash stuff, but wet wipes for face and dry shampoo for coming home the next day. I've brought a shirt which is miles too big for comfort of travelling home. Loads of thing to keep me entertained while waiting my turn, iPad, book etc.
Good luck Hun, your going to have amazing boobies this time tomorrow :) xx

Re: May Buddies
My OH can't come because he will be picking up our little girl from nursery and watching her until I come home. I kinda wish he was coming with me but I he doesn't drive so it would just cause difficulties. I'm quite worried about going back to work now. I've only taken a week off work and Mr Chew said I should really take 2 weeks and not drive for 10. I can work from home though so I might do that until I fit enough to go back. No doubt I will be answering emails on the BlackBerry when in the hospital though!! Xx

Re: May Buddies
Make sure you take it easy sweetie, you don't want to risk delaying the healing process, you need rest for that. My surgeon said not to drive for 2wks as insurance will be invalid. xx

Re: May Buddies
I'm going alone too. I was a bit worried but the girls on here said the men just sit about waiting and all you want to do is sleep. Its sounds a bit like when I was In labour. I'm looking forward to reading my book and watching tv in peace lol x

Re: May Buddies
On the bright side you wake up with boobs and skinny tummy! ;) x
It's the thirst that gets me more. Ask if you can have a few sips of water now as you have 4hrs and 5mins?!

Haha you make a good point rayray! What more could I ask for . I've been told I can sip water as long as I spit it out and not swallow it. Too much temptation :( xx

Re: May Buddies
It's hard isn't it. Be over before you know it then you can make up for missing out today. My hubby had an op recently and when he came round first thing he said 'where's my wife, I want a Chinese!' But men are pathetic with things like that anyhoo! ;) x
