Making a Ticker Empty Making a Ticker

Here's how to make a ticker:

Create a ticker, try [Only admins are allowed to see this link], or a Google search for another ticker maker.

When you've made the perfect ticker copy the bbCode into your signature section in your profile. It will look similar to this:

[url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]
[img http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/4;10716;6/st/20090213/e/sdfsdfas/k/6ba2/event.png[/img]
[/url]


Delete the first section that says:

Code:
[url=http://www.TickerFactory.com/]

So you'll be left with this:

Code:
[img]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/4;10716;6/st/20090213/e/sdfsdfas/k/6ba2/event.png[/img]
[/url]

Then delete the [/url] at the end.

So you're left with this:

Code:
[img]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/4;10716;6/st/20090213/e/sdfsdfas/k/6ba2/event.png[/img]

This is your ticker signature! Paste into the signature box.

After this is done make sure in your profile, under 'preferences' it says:

'Always attach my signature :Yes'

I've just followed your instructions and picked a lovely heart ticker etc and this is what i've ended up with : Making a Ticker 751387

What have I done wrong? x

Did you copy all of the code as it looks incomplete,it should end with .png

I did and then followed your instructions and when that didnt work I messed about with it and totally messed it up!! I'll try again and see what happens.

Sometimes tickers disappear if the site you've used is updating their servers.

I could nt work out how to get my ticker onto here so I asked my son to do it for me and he said he felt sorry for me being such a retard Hysterical Hysterical Hysterical Hysterical But I got one now . So sad how little things make me happy Hysterical xx
